过山车，又称云霄飞车，是一种广泛受人喜爱，尤其是受年轻人喜爱的游乐设备。目前，过山车车体之间的连接装置为球形接头万向节联轴器，这种连接装置采用球形接头，无自由度限制，过山车行驶方向急速变化时，不易发生卡顿，方向变换灵活自由，具有且磨损低、使用寿命长的优点。但是，现有技术的这种连接装置也存在以下缺陷：连接装置的连接轴之间通过螺栓固定，将连接销插入两个连接轴的孔中实现车体之间的连接。这种连接装置加工及安装复杂，而且可靠性差。过山车运行时，应力集中在连接销上，长期使用，加上运行时的震动，容易导致连接销损坏或者滑落，连接销一旦失效，会导致两个过山车的车体分离，给乘坐者的生命带来危险，造成安全事故。
实用新型内容
为解决现有技术的过山车车体连接装置存在的加工及安装复杂，可靠性差，容易造成安全事故的问题，本实用新型提供一种加工及安装简单，可靠性高、安全系数大的过山车的车体连接装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供的一种过山车车体连接装置采用如下技术方案：
一种过山车车体连接装置，包括壳体、衬套、下连接轴和上连接轴；壳体为两端开口的中空筒状结构，一端为大直径端，与车体固定连接，另一端为小直径端，与上连接轴或下连接轴连接；下连接轴包括位于壳体内的球头和伸出壳体外的轴杆，上连接轴包括位于壳体内的球头和伸出壳体外的轴杆，球头的直径大于轴杆，并且大于壳体的小直径开口，而小于大直径开口；衬套为中空筒状结构，套接在壳体内，衬套内壁设置有与球头相适应的凹球面，并与球头滑动配合；下连接轴轴杆成L形，上连接轴轴杆成倒L形并与上连接轴轴杆相适配，所述下连接轴轴杆上设置有凹槽，所述上连接轴轴杆上设置有与所述下连接轴轴杆凹槽形状相适配的凸块，下连接轴轴杆和上连接轴轴杆由螺栓固定连接。装配时，上连接轴及下连接轴从壳体的大直径端进入，从小直径端伸出，将上连接轴的凸块插入下连接轴的凹槽，再将螺栓固定即可。

4、球头与外壳体之间加装铜质衬套，使用时软质的铜质衬套较球形接头更先磨损，有利于保护成本较高的球头，降低了连接装置的维护成本，延长了连接装置的使用寿命。

本实用新型提供的过山车车体连接装置，装配时，将上连接轴4或者下连接轴3从壳体1的大直径开口套入，小直径开口穿出，而球头卡在小直径开口处，将上连接轴4的凸块插入下连接轴3的凹槽，再将上连接轴4和下连接轴3由螺栓5固定即可。凸块和凹槽的配合，增加了受力面积，消除了应力集中，提高了连接装置的可靠性。
