本发明公开了一种固定抱索器转弯架空乘人装置，在架空乘人装置转变的内弯处的转弯轮侧装有抱索器导轨，抱索器为转弯固定抱索器，所述的转弯固定抱索器包括抱索器主体，在抱索器主体上装有固定抱块，在抱索器主体上固定有塞套，连接杆一端固定在塞套上，连接杆与塞套的夹角为30°～60°，活动抱块一端嵌在塞套中，在塞套的另一端有压紧螺栓。本发明具有如下的技术效果，使用固定抱索器的架空乘人装置实现转弯，过转弯时稳定性高，可靠性好，无的碰撞和摇摆，易维护，使用寿命长。

本发明涉及一种架空乘人装置。
背景技术
近年来固定抱索器架空乘人装置在煤矿的人员输送中的重要性越来越大,由于其高效、安全、适应大坡度运输的特性受到煤矿的大量使用，但现有的固定抱索器在运行到架空乘人装置转弯处时的结构均为行星轮结构，这种转弯装置在过抱索器时会产生剧烈的碰撞，而导致吊椅摇摆过大、抱索器松动等问题，而且由于这种固定抱索器转弯装置只有两个抗绳轮，所以其轮衬极易磨损，同时固定抱索器架空乘人装置也无法实现大角度转弯。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种固定抱索器转弯架空乘人装置。
本发明的技术方案是，一种固定抱索器转弯架空乘人装置，在架空乘人装置转变的内弯处的转弯轮侧装有抱索器导轨，抱索器为转弯固定抱索器，所述的转弯固定抱索器包括抱索器主体，在抱索器主体上装有固定抱块，在抱索器主体上固定有塞套，连接杆一端固定在塞套上，连接杆与塞套的夹角为30°～60°，活动抱块一端嵌在塞套中，在塞套的另一端有压紧螺栓。
活动抱块两侧嵌在抱索器主体内侧的滑槽中。
在固定抱块的两侧有导向翼。
在压紧螺栓与活动抱块之间装有补偿弹簧。
在连接杆上装有滑轮。
本发明具有如下的技术效果，使用固定抱索器的架空乘人装置实现转弯，过转弯时稳定性高，可靠性好，无的碰撞和摇摆，易维护，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示，一种固定抱索器转弯架空乘人装置，在架空乘人装置转变的内弯处的转弯轮13侧装有抱索器导轨12，抱索器14为转弯固定抱索器，所述的转弯固定抱索器包括抱索器主体2，在抱索器主体2上装有固定抱块1，在抱索器主体2上固定有塞套6，连接杆8一端固定在塞套6上，连接杆8与塞套6的夹角为30°～60°，活动抱块3一端嵌在塞套6中，在塞套6的另一端有压紧螺栓7；活动抱块3两侧嵌在抱索器主体2内侧的滑槽4中；在固定抱块1的两侧有导向翼10；在压紧螺栓7与活动抱块3之间装有补偿碟簧组5；在连接杆8上装有滑轮9。
抱索器14为可转弯固定抱索器，通过压紧螺栓7，活动抱块3与固定抱块1将钢丝绳11锁紧，转弯时由于连接杆8与塞套6的夹角为30°～60°的设计，所以抱索器14可以直接通过转弯轮13，同时连接杆8上的滑轮9会接触抱索器导轨12，抱索器14不会因为离心力或其他原因而摇摆，乘人乘坐连接在抱索器14上的吊椅15就会平稳、安全的通过转弯处。

Claims (5)

1.一种固定抱索器转弯架空乘人装置，其特征在于：在架空乘人装置转变的内弯处的转弯轮(13)侧装有抱索器导轨(12)，抱索器(14)为转弯固定抱索器，所述的转弯固定抱索器包括抱索器主体(2)，在抱索器主体(2)上装有固定抱块(1)，在抱索器主体(2)上固定有塞套(6)，连接杆(8)一端固定在塞套(6)上，连接杆(8)与塞套(6)的夹角为30°～60°，活动抱块(3)一端嵌在塞套(6)中，在塞套(6)的另一端有压紧螺栓(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种固定抱索器转弯架空乘人装置，其特征在于：活动抱块(3)两侧嵌在抱索器主体(2)内侧的滑槽(4)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种固定抱索器转弯架空乘人装置，其特征在于：在固定抱块(1)的两侧有导向翼(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种固定抱索器转弯架空乘人装置，其特征在于：在压紧螺栓(7)与活动抱块(3)之间装有补偿碟簧组(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种固定抱索器转弯架空乘人装置，其特征在于：在连接杆(8)上装有滑轮(9)。
