Abstract

本发明公开了一种架空乘人装置驱动轮或尾轮断轴保护装置,在吊架上装有驱动轮或尾轮装置,在驱动轮或尾轮装置的驱动轮或尾轮上装有承载支架,在承载支架装有外托圈,在吊架装有吊钩安装板,在吊钩安装板装有吊钩,吊钩的钩体在外托圈的下方。本发明具有如下的技术效果,一是该装置设计合理,通过挂钩与承载支架的套接,当驱动轴或尾轮轴发生断裂时,挂钩能有效承载驱动轴或尾轮轴,防止驱动轮或尾轮下落,吊钩上装有限位块可有效的防止驱动轮或尾轮过于摆动而造成钢丝绳吊绳情况的发生,保证乘坐架空乘人装置的人员安全;二是该装置结构简单、造价低,安装和拆卸方便。

本发明涉及一种架空乘人装置驱动轮或尾轮保护装置。
背景技术
架空乘人装置是一种常用的矿井运输乘人设备,其机头机尾一般安装于巷道支架上,形成架空式安装,架空乘人装置的驱动轮通过驱动轴带动、尾轮依靠尾轮轴带动,牵引着钢丝绳运行,同时驱动轴纵向承载着驱动轮的重量,尾轮轴纵向承载着尾轮的重量,同时横向承载着钢丝绳运行的回旋拉力和重锤张紧的拉力,当驱动轴或尾轮轴老化或受力过猛时会发生断裂,造成驱动轮或尾轮坠落,造成安全事故。
目前驱动轴或尾轮轴主要采用空心轴内套实心轴的方法实现断轴保护,先有空心轴工作,当空心轴断裂后再由实心轴承载运行。此方法存在如下缺陷:其一,由于轴的总直径有限,空心轴轴壁较薄,实心轴轴径较小,承载力降低,致使轴驱动轴更容易发生断裂;其二,空心轴断裂后实心轴替代继续工作,设备不会停止运行,不容易发现空心轴的断裂,当实心轴再次断裂时,则设备不受保护;其三,对轴的加工和安装精度要求较高,不容易安装和拆卸,轴断裂后不容易更换。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种架空乘人装置驱动轮或尾轮断轴保护装置。
本发明的技术方案是,一种架空乘人装置驱动轮或尾轮断轴保护装置,在吊架上装有驱动轮或尾轮装置,在驱动轮或尾轮装置的驱动轮或尾轮上装有承载支架,在承载支架装有外托圈,在吊架装有吊钩安装板,在吊钩安装板装有吊钩,吊钩的钩体在外托圈的下方。
在承载支架上,外托圈的内侧装有内托圈,外托圈与内托圈11有间隙,吊钩在外托圈与内托圈间隙中,钩体在外托圈和内托圈的下方。
在吊钩上,外托圈和内托圈的上方装有限位块。
本发明具有如下的技术效果,一是该装置设计合理,通过挂钩与承载支架的套接,当驱动轴或尾轮轴发生断裂时,挂钩能有效承载驱动轴或尾轮轴,防止驱动轮或尾轮下落,吊钩上装有限位块可有效的防止驱动轮或尾轮过于摆动而造成钢丝绳吊绳情况的发生,保证乘坐架空乘人装置的人员安全;二是该装置结构简单、造价低,安装和拆卸方便。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种架空乘人装置驱动轮或尾轮断轴保护装置,在吊架1上装有驱动轮或尾轮装置,在驱动轮或尾轮装置的驱动轮或尾轮2上装有承载支架5,在承载支架5装有外托圈6,在吊架1装有吊钩安装板7,在吊钩安装板7装有吊钩8,吊钩8的数量不限,吊钩8的钩体10在外托圈6的下方;在承载支架5上,外托圈6的内侧装有内托圈11,外托圈6与内托圈11有间隙,吊钩8在外托圈6与内托圈11间隙中,钩体10在外托圈6和内托圈11的下方;在吊钩8上,外托圈6和内托圈11的上方装有限位块9。当驱动轴或尾轮轴3发生断裂时,吊钩8的钩体10钩住外托圈6和内托圈11,限位块9可有效的防止驱动轮或尾轮过于摆动而造成钢丝绳吊绳情况的发生。

1.一种架空乘人装置驱动轮或尾轮断轴保护装置,在吊架(1)上装有驱动轮或尾轮装置,其特征在于:在驱动轮或尾轮装置的驱动轮或尾轮(2)上装有承载支架(5),在承载支架(5)装有外托圈(6),在吊架(1)装有吊钩安装板(7),在吊钩安装板(7)装有吊钩(8),吊钩(8)的钩体(10)在外托圈(6)的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种架空乘人装置驱动轮或尾轮断轴保护装置,其特征在于:在承载支架(5)上,外托圈(6)的内侧装有内托圈(11),外托圈(6)与内托圈(11)有间隙,吊钩(8)在外托圈(6)与内托圈(11)间隙中,钩体(10)在外托圈(6)和内托圈(11)的下方。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种架空乘人装置驱动轮或尾轮断轴保护装置,其特征在于:在吊钩(8)上,外托圈(6)和内托圈(11)的上方装有限位块(9)。
