Abstract
减震缓冲装置涉及一种能够起到减震缓冲作用的装置。主要是为解决现有的减震缓冲装置减震和缓冲效果不理想等问题而设计的。它包括导向筒体,导向柱置于导向铜套内,碰撞头的方形凸台置于导向柱的方形凹槽内,球头杆座置于导向柱的球头杆凹槽内,球头杆前端与球头杆座接触,球头杆后端顶在固定在活塞杆上的碰块的凹槽内,缸筒和导向筒体通过连接架体连接,缸筒内的缓冲杆固定板上有油腔通道和排气嘴,缓冲杆置于活塞杆的槽内,缓冲杆固定在缓冲杆固定板上,活塞置于缸筒内并与缸筒内壁接触,缸筒后端有充气阀板,充气阀板上有充气嘴,充气阀板和活塞之间的空间为气腔。优点是减震和缓冲效果都好。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种能够起到减震缓冲作用的装置。
背景技术:
现有的起减震缓冲作用的装置上的碰撞头凸台是圆的,导向柱上的凹槽也是圆的,当碰撞头和导向柱在受到较大的外力时,会把合不紧,相对转动,使连接螺栓受到的剪切力大,造成螺栓折断,需停产维修,耽误生产。另外,该装置的导向铜套和导向柱接触而积小,不能完全固定导向柱的运行轨迹,导向铜套易磨损,造成使用寿命缩短。并且其缓冲部分的密封效果差,减震和缓冲效果也不理想。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种碰撞头和导向柱的连接螺栓不易损坏,能够保证生产正常进行,导向铜套不易磨损,减震和缓冲效果都好的减震缓冲装置。
上述目的是这样实现的:它包括导向筒体,导向筒体内壁上固定有三个导向铜套,导向柱置于三个导向铜套内,导向柱的前端开有方形凹槽,碰撞头上设有方形凸台,方形凸台置于导向柱上的方形凹槽内,碰撞头和导向柱通过螺栓连接在一起,导向柱后端有球头杆凹槽,球头杆座置于所述球头杆凹槽的槽底,球头杆前端与球头杆座接触,球头杆的后端从导向柱中伸出,球头杆后方有碰块,碰块的前端设有凹槽,球头杆的后端顶在碰块的凹槽内,碰块的后方有活塞杆,碰块通过螺栓固定在活塞杆上,活塞杆装在缸筒内,缸筒和导向筒体通过连接架体连接在一起,活塞杆后端的缸筒内有缓冲杆固定板,缓冲杆固定板上有油腔通道和排气嘴,缓冲杆的前端置于活塞杆后端的槽内,后端固定在缓冲杆固定板上,活塞置于缸筒内,活塞与缸筒内壁之间通过密封圈密封,缸筒后端有充气阀板,充气阀板上有充气嘴,充气阀板和活塞之间的空间为气腔。
本发明的优点是:当碰撞头和导向柱在受到较大的力时,不会相对转动,连接螺栓不会损坏:由于在导向架体内设有三个导向铜套,增加了导向铜套和导向柱之间的接触面积,能够保护铜套不被磨损,延长铜套的使用寿命。另外,本装置的缓冲部分密封效果好;本装置的减震和缓冲效果都好。

参照图1,它包括导向筒体1,导向筒体内壁上固定有三个导向铜套2,导向柱3置于三个导向铜套内,导向柱的前端开有方形凹槽,碰撞头4上设有方形凸台5,方形凸台置于导向柱上的方形凹槽内,碰撞头和导向柱通过螺栓连接在一起,导向柱后端有球头杆凹槽,球头杆座6置于所述球头杆凹槽的槽底,球头杆7前端与球头杆座接触,球头杆的后端从导向柱中伸出,球头杆的后方有碰块8,碰块的前端设有凹槽,球头杆的后端顶在碰块的凹槽内,碰块的后方有活塞杆9,碰块通过螺栓同定在活塞杆上,活塞杆装在缸筒10内,缸筒和导向筒体通过连接架体11连接在一起,活塞杆后端的缸筒内有缓冲杆固定板12,缓冲杆固定板上有油腔通道13和排气嘴14,活塞杆的后端有槽16,缓冲杆15的前端置于活塞杆后端的槽内,缓冲杆的后端固定在缓冲杆固定板上,活塞17置于缓冲杆固定板后方的缸筒内,活塞与缸筒内壁之间通过密封圈18密封,缸筒后端固定有充气阀板19,充气阀板上设有充气嘴20,充气阀板和活塞之间的空间为气腔21。

1.减震缓冲装置,包括导向筒体(1),其特征是:导向筒体内壁上固定有三个导向铜套(2),导向柱(3)置于三个导向铜套内,导向柱的前端开有方形凹槽,碰撞头(4)上设有方形凸台(5),方形凸台置于导向柱上的方形凹槽内,碰撞头和导向柱通过螺栓连接在一起,导向柱后端有球头杆凹槽,球头杆座(6)置于所述球头杆凹槽的槽底,球头杆(7)前端与球头杆座接触,球头杆的后端从导向柱中伸出,球头杆的后方有碰块(8),碰块的前端设有与球头杆球面形状尺寸相适应的凹槽,球头杆的后端顶在碰块的凹槽内,碰块的后方有活塞杆(9),碰块通过螺栓固定在活塞杆上,活塞杆装在缸筒(10)内,缸筒和导向筒体通过连接架体(11)连接在一起,活塞杆后端的缸筒内有缓冲杆固定板(12),缓冲杆固定板上有油腔通道(13)和排气嘴(14),活塞杆的后端有槽(16),缓冲杆(15)的前端置于活塞杆后端的槽内,缓冲杆的后端固定在缓冲杆固定板上,活塞(17)置于缓冲杆固定板后方的缸筒内,活塞与缸筒内壁接触,活塞与缸筒内壁之间通过密封圈(18)密封,缸筒后端固定有充气阀板(19),充气阀板上设有充气嘴(20),充气阀板和活塞之间的空间为气腔(21)。
