Abstract
本实用新型专利名称为：工具式预留洞封堵模具，是应用于一般建筑圆形管道预留洞口封堵的模具，适合封堵管道穿顶板预留洞。模具采用1.2mm厚度钢板(电缆桥架的下脚料)加两个角钢支撑点，用燕尾紧固螺母固定在管道上，使托架与顶板紧密相连。并设置套管定位螺钉，保证在堵洞过程中套管与管道间缝隙均匀。

本实用新型模具适用于管道穿楼板预留洞的封堵。
背景技术
建筑工程施工过程中，各种管道安装穿越楼板需提前预留孔洞，管道穿过楼板、安装完成后进行封堵，因各种原因往往洞口的尺寸过大，需设模板拼接用铁丝吊洞再进行混凝土的浇注封堵，不仅施工麻烦、费时费力而且后期出现渗漏的几率较大，且成型时经常涨模、观感效果差，需再行剔凿修补。使用时间较长后，结合不好的混凝土可能掉落，很难达到质量要求。
发明内容
鉴于PVC塑料管与钢管外径尺寸不一致，且市场现有成品PVC管托没有符合DN50以下管道堵洞要求的现货模具，预约加工需重开模具、PVC管托易损耗、成本过高，并且对管道的套管无法起定位作用。本次改进型模具可以利用施工现场的废料、下脚料加工，废品再利用，能够更进一步节能降低成本。本模具在堵洞的同时固定管道套管，保证套管间隙均匀，提高安装观感质量，拆除、清理后可重复使用，如24层建筑，可将堵洞分为6个流水段，加工4层模具进行周转使用，可大量节省材料。并且可以一次加工，多个工地重复使用。

工具式预留洞封堵模具材料由下列部件组成：1、钢板；2、燕尾螺栓；3、角钢；4、套管定位螺钉。
图2是本实用新型专利安装示意图，安装具体步骤：管道定位安装完成后，将封堵模具两个半圆夹持管道、贴紧顶板，拧紧燕尾螺栓，完成模具定位，同时将套管套入套管定位螺钉，本模具即安装完毕。
具体实施方案
下面，结合图2对本发明的工艺原理做出具体说明：
1、首先把钢板切割成圆形，中间用开孔器开孔(根据准备封堵管道的外径尺寸，使钢板的圆边与中间孔的距离不小于5cm)，然后把钢板在中间切开、一分为二。
2、∠30×3mm角钢，间距20mm用台式钻床开孔(φ8)若干，切开备用。
3、按穿楼板管道直径定位套管的规格，并点焊套管定位螺钉。
4、将已经开完孔、切开的钢板分别用电焊，一边焊接两个加工完成的角钢短件。(两个角钢短件中间孔距必须要对应)。
5、将本模具套于管道上用燕尾螺栓拧紧固定，模具紧贴楼板。
总之，本实用新型具有制作简单，增加预留洞封堵的效率和质量。可推广使用。
Claims (3)
1.工具式预留洞封堵模具，包括模具钢制托板、套管固定螺栓，其特征在于，包括两块钢制托板通过夹紧管道固定，紧贴顶板，固定采用燕尾螺栓拧紧；焊接在钢制托板上的定位螺钉，在封堵楼板时，固定套管保证套管与管道间隙均匀。
2.按权利要求1所述的工具式预留洞封堵模具，其特征在于：钢制托板为2块，均成半圆环形。
3.按权利要求1所述的工具式预留洞封堵模具，其特征在于：可与管道套管接触，保证管道与套管之间的间隙均匀，保证堵洞后管道相对套管位置居中。
