[0032] 本实用新型开始烧结矿石时,只需要一次性点火,将混合矿点燃后添加到炉体1内的设计高度后,烧结机即可连续工作;烧结一次性点火完成后,鼓风机4向炉体1下部送风,通过送风风量的改变调节烧结速度,烧结烟尘汇集炉罩7处被除尘器收集,烧结过程正常连续后,通过进料仓2定时加入混合原料,定时启动左、右切料板5往复运动,对烧成矿石进行切割卸料。
Claims (4)
1.高效节能立式烧结机,包括炉体(1),其特征在于:所述炉体(1)的上口为进料口,所述炉体⑴的下口为出料口,所述出料口设有栅格板(8),设置鼓风机(4)从出料口向炉体(1)内鼓风,或设置抽风机从进料口向炉体(1)内抽风;所述栅格板(8)上方的炉体(1)两侧对称设置左、右切料板(5),对应于左、右切料板(5)于炉体(1)上开设供左、右切料板(5)进出的左、右槽口,左、右切料板(5)的前端开设切割刃口,左、右切料板(5)的后端连接在左、右切料油缸(6)同步伸出和缩回的活塞杆上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高效节能立式烧结机,其特征在于:进料仓(2)设于炉体(1)的进料口,卸料仓(3)设于炉体(1)的出料口,所述鼓风机(4)通过管路连通卸料仓(3)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高效节能立式烧结机,其特征在于:所述炉体(1)的进料口设置炉罩(7),所述进料仓(2)设于炉罩(7)的顶部,除尘器通过烟道(10)连通于炉罩(7)的侧部。
4.根据权利要求1〜3中任意一项所述的高效节能立式烧结机,其特征在于:左、右切料板(5)上开设通风口。
