本发明涉及一种连续式燃烧焙烧竖窑及其矿料的焙烧方法,其结构为:在窑体内设有拱形墙,拱形墙上设有导热孔和通火道,通火道上放置炉条、炉条保护罩及炉条连接板,炉条上部为燃烧分解带和预热带,炉条下方为V型燃烧室,煤气入口与V型燃烧室及通火道连通,V型燃烧室的下方为冷却储料室和出料口。矿料的焙烧方法是先将待烧矿料充満窑体内,下落的矿料由于受炉条的阻挡而在炉条下部自然形成V型燃烧室,将煤气和空气吹入其内充分燃烧,燃烧的气体向燃烧分解带散发,使燃烧分解带内的矿料焙烧分解后卸出窑外,同时,又从投料口投入相同量的待烧矿料,使炉条的下部始终保持一个V型空间做为V型燃烧室,实现矿料的连续焙烧,经济效益显著。

[0002] 菱镁、硼、白云石、石灰石等多种矿料要通过焙烧才能得到不同的产品,目前矿料焙烧大多采用回转窑,这种焙烧方式由于窑内温场不均,热损失大,造成能耗高,产品质量不稳定;竖窑焙烧也是目前矿料焙烧大多采用的焙烧方式,但是现有竖窑焙烧的能耗高,主要原因是现有的炉窑结构存在诸多问题:最大的问题是不能连续生产,生产过程是先将窑底加入木柴点火燃烧,之后将矿料和煤按一定比例从炉顶上部分层分批加入窑内,再从窑底吹入冷空气使煤发生燃烧,由于竖窑这种加热方式使煤的燃烧率不高,温度不宜控制,使得焙烧温度不均,有时造成局部矿料过烧和生烧,过烧和生烧都会造成硼矿石、石灰石活性下降,产品质量不稳定,煤的利用率低,每批矿料从炉顶加入到炉内焙烧成成品后再出炉, 在炉内的燃烧带停留时间在12小时以上。由于靠自然通风,矿料在窑内停留时间过长,造成产量过低,成品料出炉和进料口的温度过高,这部分能源没有回收利用也造成浪费。又由于煤的燃烧不充分,从炉顶排除一定量的有害气体,造成对环境的污染等诸多问题;目前菱镁的焙烧大多采用反射窑和改造后的轻烧窑,用热煤气进行燃烧来生产轻烧镁,轻烧窑内热煤气燃烧产生的热量要通过热扩散一层一层加热矿料,这种加热方式效率不高,矿料加热时间长,烧成的产品需由人工用钢钎捅下放入冷却仓,每天6次出料需停产6小时,重新升温还需再浪费3小时,每天M小时中只有15小时有效焙烧时间,而浪费掉的9小时其能量消耗并没有减少,仅此一项减少产量36. 7%,增加能耗36. 7%,造成能源的浪费和产量的降低。
发明内容
[0003] 针对现有焙烧窑存在的缺陷,本发明提供一种可对矿料实现连续焙烧、提高煤气利用率,显著降低能耗,减少对环境的污染,改善工人劳动强度,提高产品质量和产量的连续式燃烧焙烧竖窑及其矿料的焙烧方法。
[0004] 解决上述技术问题所采取的具体技术措施是:
[0005] 一种连续式燃烧焙烧竖窑,包括窑体(2),设置在窑体(2)顶部的投料口(1)、烟筒 (8)、窑体(2)底部的出料口(18)、窑体(2)内壁上的炉衬(9)及设置在窑体(2)外中部左侧的观察孔(14),其特征在于:窑体(2)内设有拱形墙(6),拱形墙(6)上设有导热孔(21)和通火道(22),通火道(22)上放置由中炉条(41)和边炉条(42)构成的炉条(4),其中,第一边炉条(42)的一端放置在炉衬(9)的内壁上,第一边炉条(42)的另一端与中炉条(41)连接并置于第一拱形墙(6)的通火道(22)上,中炉条(41)的另一端与第二边炉条(42)连接并置于第二拱形墙(6)的通火道(22)上,第二边炉条(42)的另一端置于炉衬(9)的另一侧内壁上,中炉条(41)和边炉条(42)上分别装有由中炉条保护罩(51)和边炉条保护罩(52)构成的炉条保护罩(5),边炉条保护罩(52)安装在边炉条(42)上,中炉条保护罩(51)安装在中炉条(41)上,在中炉条保护罩(51)和边炉条保护罩(52)的连接处与炉衬(9)的内壁之间以及在中炉条保护罩(51)和边炉条保护罩(52)之间的连接处插入炉条连接板(20), 炉条(4)的上部为燃烧分解带(12),燃烧分解带(12)的上部为预热带(11),炉条(4)的下方为V型燃烧室(16),煤气入口(13)与V型燃烧室(16)连通,V型燃烧室(16)与通火道(22) 连通,V型燃烧室(16)的下方为冷却储料仓(17),出料口(18)设置在冷却储料仓(17)的下方,在燃烧分解带(12)处的炉衬(9)内装有测温热电偶(3),在炉条(4)上部的窑体(2)内壁与炉衬(9)之间装有保温层(10),在冷却储料仓(17)的外部设有热量回收装置(7),放料器(15)的一端设置在窑体(2)外右侧的中部,另一端与设置在窑体(2)底部的出料口(18) 的底盖连接。
[0006] 本发明中,炉衬(9)内壁与炉条(4)之间以及两排炉条(4)之间的间距为20-100cm ;炉条(4)的宽度为20-100cm ;两道拱形墙(6)之间的间距为50-150 cm ;拱形墙(6)的宽度为 15-30 cm。
[0007] 矿料的焙烧方法是:首次启动时,先从投料口(1)将已烧结好的熟矿料充满冷却储料仓(17)内,然后将待烧矿料充满窑体(2)上部的燃烧分解带(12)和预热带(11)内, 此时,矿料在炉条(4)下部自然形成了 V型矿料堆,V型矿料堆使燃烧室空间成为V型即为 V型燃烧室(16),然后将煤气和空气吹入V型燃烧室(16)内,使煤气在V型燃烧室(16)内得到充分燃烧,燃烧的气体向燃烧分解带(12)散发,使燃烧分解带(12)内的各部位矿料得以充分接触并进行焙烧分解,通过热电偶(3)对焙烧温度的测量及通过观察孔(14)确定矿料焙烧好后,经放料器(15)将冷却储料仓(17)内首次充满的已烧结好的熟矿料通过出料口(18)卸出,使窑体(2)内的矿料整体平稳下落,燃烧分解带(12)内已烧结好的矿料下落到冷却储料仓(17)内,预热带(11)内预热的矿料下落到燃烧分解带(12)内,同时,又从投料口( 1)将相同量的待烧矿料加入到预热带(11)内,连续不断平稳下落的矿料由于受炉条 (4)的阻挡而在炉条(4)的下部始终保持V型空间做为V型燃烧室(16),如此循环,完成矿料的连续焙烧。
[0008] 本发明的积极效果:本发明将原有焙烧竖窑的燃烧室改造成为V型燃烧室,使煤的利用率得到大幅度提高,焙烧硼矿石吨耗煤由原来100公斤降到60公斤,焙烧轻烧镁和白云石的吨煤耗由原来的320公斤降到200公斤以下,焙烧石灰石的吨煤耗由原来的300 公斤降到190公斤以下,节能降耗效果显著;燃烧室的温度通过测温装置监控,可控制煤气流量,保证燃烧室的温度均衡;现有竖窑焙烧的硼矿石活性为809Γ83%,本发明焙烧硼矿石的活性可达到859Γ90%,提高了产品质量;由于本发明实现了生产连续化,产量显著提高; 由于煤气在V型燃烧室内可充分燃烧,减少了对环境的污染;本发明投资少,占地面积少, 建设工期短,易维修,使用寿命是现有相同燃烧方式焙烧窑的3飞倍,经济效益显著;本发明适应性强,除菱镁矿和硼矿之外,还适用于现有热法生产金属镁所用的原料白云石的焙烧;同时,采用本发明焙烧的石灰活性高达909Γ93%,可满足我国大型炼钢厂在炼钢过程中需用大量高活性石灰的需求;辽宁省每年轻烧镁和熟硼矿耗煤在100万吨以上,全国焙烧白云石耗煤在200万吨以上,全国冶金行业需大量高活性石灰,煤的消耗量大约在500万吨以上,如能采用本发明进行焙烧,可大大降低能耗,提高矿料的焙烧质量和产量,减少对环境的污染,提高企业的经济效益,符合我国节能减排的基本国策;本发明还可将硼铁分离后的尾矿硼泥再次加工成形入窑焙烧,其活性可达859Γ 90 %,用于生产硼砂,提高了其应用价值和矿山企业的经济效益。

具体实施方式

[0020] 一种连续式燃烧焙烧竖窑,如图1、图2、图3、图4和图5所示,投料口 1和烟筒8 设置在窑体2的顶部,料口 18设置在窑体2的底部,窑体2的内壁上镶有炉衬9,观察孔14 设置在窑体2外左侧的中部,窑体2内设有由耐火砖砌成的拱形墙6,拱形墙6上设有导热孔21和通火道22,导热孔21主要起导热作用,以解决燃烧室内的燃烧死角问题。通火道22 上放置由高强度耐火材料制成的炉条4,拱形墙6的作用主要起支撑炉条4的作用,保证炉条4有足够的抗压强度,窑体内设置几道拱形墙根据窑体2内的炉膛尺寸和炉条的长度来确定,在保证拱形墙能支撑炉条的前提下,拱形墙的数量设置得越少越好,避免拱形墙影响窑内矿料的焙烧效果。拱形墙6的长度和宽度以及炉条4的长度要根据窑体2炉膛的长度和宽度来定,拱形墙越宽,焙烧效果越不好,影响焙烧矿料的受热面。;炉衬9的内壁与拱形墙6之间以及两道拱形墙6之间的间距也要根据窑体2炉膛的长度和宽度来定;两排炉条4 之间的间距根据矿料的粒径来选择,矿料的粒径越小,炉条间距越小,焙烧矿料的粒径越均勻,燃烧越好,节能的效果越好。本发明焙烧矿料的粒径在1-30 cm之间,与现有焙烧窑焙烧矿料的粒径相同,焙烧矿料中的粉状物可占焙烧料的5%。本发明中,两道拱形墙6之间的间距为50-150 cm ;拱形墙的宽度为15-30 cm ;炉条4的宽度为20-100cm ;炉衬9内壁与炉条 4之间以及两排炉条4之间的间距为20-100cm,具体间距根据矿料的粒径来确定:当矿料的粒径小于或等于5 cm时,炉衬9内壁与炉条4之间以及两排炉条4之间的间距为20-35cm; 当矿料的粒径小于或等于15 cm时,炉衬9内壁与炉条4之间以及两排炉条4之间的间距为35-55cm ;当矿料的粒径小于或等于30cm时,炉衬9内壁与炉条4之间以及两排炉条4之间的间距为55-100 cm。本实施例中,窑体2内的炉膛长度和宽度均为^Ocm,炉衬9内壁与炉条4之间的间距为55cm,两排炉条4之间的间距为70cm;炉条的宽度和高度均为40cm; 两道拱形墙6之间的间距为70 cm ;拱形墙的宽度为20cm。图3为图1的A-A剖视图,表示出本发明中采用两排炉条与两道拱形墙时的一个具体实施例的结构,炉条4由边炉条42和中炉条41构成,边炉条42和中炉条41的结构如图6和图7所示。其中,第一边炉条42的一端放置在炉衬9的内壁上,第一边炉条42的另一端与中炉条41连接并置于第一拱形墙 6的通火道22上,中炉条41的另一端与第二边炉条42连接并置于第二拱形墙6的通火道 22上,第二边炉条42的另一端置于炉衬9另一侧的内壁上。炉条4上装有由中炉条保护罩 51和边炉条保护罩52构成的炉条保护罩5,其中,边炉条保护罩52安装在边炉条42上,中炉条保护罩51安装在中炉条41上。炉条保护罩5为易损件,磨损后不必更换炉条4,只要将炉条连接板20取下更换炉条保护罩5即可,既省时省力又节省费用。炉条保护罩5的结构如图8和图9所示,本实施例中,炉条保护罩5采用高铝耐火异型砖制成。在炉条4上安装好炉条保护罩5之后,然后在中炉条保护罩51和边炉条保护罩52的连接处与炉衬9的内壁之间以及在中炉条保护罩51和边炉条保护罩52之间的连接处插入炉条连接板20。本实施例中,在两排炉条4上共插有6块炉条连接板20,具体连接方式如图3所示:在两排炉条4之间位置上的边炉条保护罩52和中炉条保护罩51的四个连接处插入两块炉条连接板 20,同时将其它四块炉条连接板20插入边炉条保护罩52和中炉条保护罩51的连接处与炉衬9的内壁之间,这样能将炉条4和炉条保护罩5牢固的固定到拱形墙6上。炉条连接板 20的结构如图10所示,所有炉条连接板20的结构都一样,具体尺寸根据炉衬9的内壁与炉条4之间以及两排炉条4之间的距离来确定。本实施例中,炉条连接板20由高强度耐火材料制成。炉条4的上部1. 5米处以下为燃烧分解带12,燃烧分解带12的上部到窑体2的顶部为预热带11,炉条4的下方为V型燃烧室16,煤气入口 13与V型燃烧室16连通,V型燃烧室16与通火道22连通。本实施例中,窑体2内设有两排炉条4和两个煤气入口 13,每排炉条由两道拱形墙上的两个通火道22来连通V型燃烧室16。图4为图1的B-B剖视图,从图中可以清楚地看到炉条4、炉条保护罩5、炉条连接板20、导热孔21和通火道22在拱形墙 6上的具体位置以及拱形墙6本身的具体结构;图5为图1的C-C剖视图,从图中可以清楚地看到炉条4、炉条保护罩5与V型燃烧室16之间的位置关系及具体结构。V型燃烧室16 的下方为冷却储料仓17,出料口 18设置在冷却储料仓17的下方,在燃烧分解带12处的炉衬9内装有测温热电偶3,用热电偶3可测量每批焙烧矿料的温度,当矿料的焙烧达到规定的温度时,将焙烧好的矿料从出料口 18卸出,并通过观察孔14来确定卸出量。在炉条4上部窑体2的内壁与炉衬9之间装有保温层10,本实施例中,保温层10采用石棉材料。在冷却储料仓17的外部设有热量回收装置7,将冷却储料仓17内的热量充分回收利用,热量回收装置7可采用水箱、环水管等方式。放料器15的手柄设置在窑体2外右侧的中部,另一端通过放料钢绳与设置在窑体2底部的出料口 18的底盖连接,启动放料器15的手柄,打开出料口 18的料盖就可将冷却储料仓17内烧结好的成品矿料卸出室外,每批矿料在燃烧分解带12停留的时间只有2(Γ60分钟,根据焙烧的矿料不同,在燃烧分解带12停留的时间不同,硼矿石在燃烧分解带12停留的时间为2(Γ30分钟,白云石、菱镁石、石灰石在燃烧分解带12停留的时间为5(Γ60分钟,至此完成一个烧结过程。
[0021] 由于本发明连续不断的生产过程使得V型燃烧室16产生的余热向上运动,进入烟筒之前通过预热带11将新投入窑体内的矿料预热,从窑顶排除的烟气温度降至 500C〜70°C,燃烧分解带12的焙烧温度根据不同矿料可控制在800°C〜1200°C之间,再次加入窑内待烧的矿料在预热带11进行预热后,在工序操作下整体下落到燃烧分解带12内,本发明的燃烧方式区别于现有焙烧窑的不同之处是V型燃烧室16内燃烧的气体向上部散发,使矿料在燃烧分解带12内完成焙烧分解,焙烧好的矿料下落到V型燃烧室16的下方的冷却储料仓17内。冷却储料仓17的高度至少要在2米以上才能使焙烧后的矿料在冷却储料仓内17内平稳的下落,如果冷却储料仓17的高度过低,容易使矿料从一个点下落,造成矿料焙烧不均勻,冷却储料仓17的高度与焙烧矿料的粒径有关,粒径越小,冷却储料仓17的高度设计得越要高。本实施例中,窑体2的总高度为13米,冷却储料仓17的高度为5米。 本发明中采用的两排炉条与两道拱形墙结构的实施例使得窑体内自由落下的矿料由于二排炉条的阻挡而在两排炉条的下部形成了二个V型燃烧室,两排炉条和两道拱形墙形成了九个直流下料口 19,将煤气和相匹配的空气吹入二个V型燃烧室16内,使煤气得到充分燃烧,烧结好的成品通过九个直流下料口 19流入冷却储料仓17进行冷却后卸出仓外。在窑体内设置几排炉条,就会使窑体内自由落下的矿料由于炉条的阻挡而在炉条的下方形成几个V型燃烧室,炉条越多,形成的V型燃烧室越多,产量越高;但是炉条的数量同时也要根据窑体内的炉膛尺寸来定,炉膛大,炉条可设置得多些,炉膛小,炉条就要设置得少些。炉膛宽度为2. 6米以下的焙烧窑最多可设置三个V型燃烧室。此类焙烧窑使用直喷煤气炉时,宜选用二排炉条而在窑体内形成二个V型燃烧室,这样煤气能均勻的分配到二个V型燃烧室内;当焙烧窑使用煤气发生站的煤气时,因为煤气气体好控制,可选择二个以上的V型燃烧室,以三个V型燃烧室为宜。本发明可用于冶炼企业中大型炉窑对矿料的焙烧,炉膛大,炉条设置得越多,产量越高。
[0022] 本发明首次启动时,先从投料口 1将已烧结好的熟矿料充满冷却储料室17内,然后将待烧矿料充满窑体2上部的燃烧分解带12和预热带11内,矿料在炉条4下部自然形成了一个V型矿料堆,V型矿料堆使燃烧室空间成为V型即为V型燃烧室16,然后将煤气和空气吹入V型燃烧室16内,使煤气在V型燃烧室16内得到充分燃烧,燃烧的气体向燃烧分解带12散发,使燃烧分解带12内的各部位矿料得以充分接触并进行焙烧分解,通过热电偶 3对焙烧温度的测量及通过观察孔14确定矿料焙烧好后,经放料器15将冷却储料仓17内首次充满的已烧结好的熟矿料通过出料口 18卸出,使窑体2内的矿料整体平稳下落,燃烧分解带12内已烧结好的矿料下落到冷却储料仓17内,预热带11内预热的矿料下落到燃烧分解带12内,同时,又从投料口 1将相同量的待烧矿料加入到预热带11内,连续不断平稳下落的矿料由于受炉条4的阻挡而在炉条4的下部始终保持V型空间做为V型燃烧室16, 如此循环,完成矿料的连续焙烧。焙烧好的熟矿料自身温度达到700°C以上,这部分矿料进入冷却储料仓17,通过热量回收装置7将矿料中的热量大部分收回,最终从冷却储料仓17 卸出的矿料温度不到100°C,这样使得这部分能源得以利用。由于煤气在V型燃烧室16内得到充分燃烧,使煤气与矿料充分接触,温场分布均勻,矿料加热快,废气量减少,烟气的排尘浓度为27. 8mg/m3,达到国家一类地区排放标准。
Claims (6)
1. 一种连续式燃烧焙烧竖窑,包括窑体(2),设置在窑体(2)顶部的投料口(1)、烟筒 (8)、窑体(2)底部的出料口(18)、窑体(2)内壁上的炉衬(9)及设置在窑体(2)外中部左侧的观察孔(14),其特征在于:窑体(2)内设有拱形墙(6),拱形墙(6)上设有导热孔(21)和通火道(22),通火道(22)上放置由中炉条(41)和边炉条(42)构成的炉条(4),其中,第一边炉条(42)的一端放置在炉衬(9)的内壁上,第一边炉条(42)的另一端与中炉条(41)连接并置于第一拱形墙(6)的通火道(22)上,中炉条(41)的另一端与第二边炉条(42)连接并置于第二拱形墙(6)的通火道(22)上,第二边炉条(42)的另一端置于炉衬(9)的另一侧内壁上,中炉条(41)和边炉条(42)上分别装有由中炉条保护罩(51)和边炉条保护罩(52) 构成的炉条保护罩(5),边炉条保护罩(52)安装在边炉条(42)上,中炉条保护罩(51)安装在中炉条(41)上,在中炉条保护罩(51)和边炉条保护罩(52)的连接处与炉衬(9)的内壁之间以及在中炉条保护罩(51)和边炉条保护罩(52)之间的连接处插入炉条连接板(20), 炉条(4)的上部为燃烧分解带(12),燃烧分解带(12)的上部为预热带(11),炉条(4)的下方为V型燃烧室(16),煤气入口(13)与V型燃烧室(16)连通,V型燃烧室(16)与通火道(22) 连通,V型燃烧室(16)的下方为冷却储料仓(17),出料口(18)设置在冷却储料仓(17)的下方,在燃烧分解带(12)处的炉衬(9)内装有测温热电偶(3),在炉条(4)上部的窑体(2)内壁与炉衬(9)之间装有保温层(10),在冷却储料仓(17)的外部设有热量回收装置(7),放料器(15)的一端设置在窑体(2)外右侧的中部,另一端与设置在窑体(2)底部的出料口(18) 的底盖连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式燃烧焙烧竖窑,其特征在于:所述的炉衬(9)的内壁与炉条(4)之间以及两排炉条(4)之间的间距为20-100cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式燃烧焙烧竖窑,其特征在于:所述的炉条(4)的宽度为 20-100cm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续式燃烧焙烧竖窑,其特征在于:所述的两道拱形墙 (6)之间的间距为50-150 cm。
