本实用新型公布了一种利用尿素工段高调水余热回收装置,具有高调水泵、流量调节阀、溴化锂制冷机组、高调水冷却器、高洗器,由于采用溴化锂制冷机组在高调水泵后,高调水冷却器前与流量调节阀并联的结构,可有效回收出高洗器高温循环冷却水余热,降低了尿素生产成本,由于增设流量调节阀,可以根据生产情况来对进入溴化锂制冷机组的循环水流量进行调节,操作简单。

本发明涉及一种能源回收利用装置,直接涉及一种利用尿素工段高调水余热回收装置。
背景技术
在尿素生产时高压洗涤器产生127℃的高调水,传统工艺采用高调水冷却器将循环水冷却至114℃,再回流高压洗涤器循环使用,高调水的余热没有被利用,而且循环水冷却也需要消耗能量,为节约能源,利用现有资源,我公司结合溴化锂制冷机组冷量需求,将高调水的低品位热能回收利用,同时制得冷水,具有良好的经济和社会效益。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可利用尿素工段高调水余热回收装置。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种利用尿素工段高调水余热回收装置,具有高调水泵、流量调节阀、溴化锂制冷机组、高调水冷却器、高洗器,高调水泵与流量调节阀、高调水冷却器、高洗器依次相连,溴化锂制冷机组在高调水泵后,高调水冷却器前与流量调节阀并联,高洗器与高调水泵连接。
由于本实用新型采用溴化锂制冷机组在高调水泵后,高调水冷却器前与流量调节阀并联的结构,可有效回收出高洗器高温循环冷却水余热,降低了尿素生产成本,由于增设流量调节阀,可以根据生产情况来对进入溴化锂制冷机组的循环水流量进行调节,操作简单。
