胶合板涂胶机是生产胶合板的主要设备之一，它是将经过调制好的胶粘剂均匀地涂布到单板表面上去的一种机械设备。根据胶合板涂胶机涂胶辊的数量多少，可分为双辊涂胶机，三辊涂胶机和四辊涂胶机三种形式。胶合板涂胶机由机体、涂胶辊、胶斗、减速机构、调整装置等组成。
对于三辊涂胶机出料过程中容易出现流动不畅；此外，在胶合板材片进入或者输出的过程中由于角度的不定，容易导致卡料现象，造成生产效率及质量的低下的现象。

胶合板材片涂胶机，包括转动且间隔安装在机体上的左转辊、右转辊，其特征在于：所述的左转辊、右转辊的间隙正上方转动安装有胶辊，胶辊正上方的机体上安装有胶斗，胶斗出胶口上方的锥形段外壳转动安装有匀胶辊；所述的左转辊、右转辊外侧的机体上转动安装有相对应的调节板，调节辊的端部转动安装有导向辊；所述的机体的左右两端分别倾斜安装有出料口、进料口。

调节板7相对应的机体外壁上纵向间隔旋合安装有锁紧螺栓11，锁紧螺栓11的端部伸入机体内并顶住调节板7的外壁。
进料口9和出料口10对称设置在机体的左右侧壁上，进料口9和出料口10的高度高于左胶辊2和右胶辊3的安装高度。
