对于三辊涂胶机出料过程中容易出现流动不畅；此外，在胶合板材片进入或者输出的过程中由于角度的不定，容易导致卡料现象，造成生产效率及质量的低下的现象。

调节板7相对应的机体外壁上纵向间隔旋合安装有锁紧螺栓11，锁紧螺栓11的端部伸入机体内并顶住调节板7的外壁。
进料口9和出料口10对称设置在机体的左右侧壁上，进料口9和出料口10的高度高于左胶辊2和右胶辊3的安装高度。
