本发明属于药材生产技术领域，具体涉及一种低温药材破碎设备。
背景技术
药材粉碎机是利用粉碎机构的高速转动来实现的，在粉碎机构与药材的高速摩擦
下，使得粉碎仓内的温度升高，由于粉碎仓基本是采用封闭式的，使得粉碎仓内的温度无法及时散发，粉碎仓内的温度过高，使药材容易吸附在粉碎机构上，影响粉碎效率和粉碎效果的同时影响药材活性成分，温度过高导致成分变化，影响药效。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题本实用新型提供一种可以提高粉碎效率和粉碎效果同时不影响药材活性成分，不会使药物成分变化从而影响药效的低温药材破碎设备。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种低温药材破碎设备，包括主机框架，其特征在于所述主机框架的上端设有翻转装置，所述翻转装置通过提拉绳与磨桶连接，所述磨桶通过传动轴与电机连接，所述磨桶外部设有夹套，所述夹套通过排风管与制冷机连接。
进一步的，所述夹套为中空的圆桶，其内径略大于磨桶的直径。
进一步的，所述提拉绳上设有隔振装置。
进一步的，所述主机框架的一侧设有固定装置。
本实用新型的有益效果为：可以提高粉碎效率和粉碎效果同时不影响药材活性成分，不会使药物成分变化从而影响药效。

一种低温药材破碎设备，包括主机框架1，所述主机框架1的上端设有翻转装置2，所述翻转装置2通过提拉绳3与磨桶4连接，所述磨桶4通过传动轴5与电机6连接，所述磨桶4外部设有夹套7，所述夹套7通过排风管8与制冷机9连接。
进一步的，所述夹套7为中空的圆桶，其内径略大于磨桶4的直径，如此设计可以使冷气最大程度的贴近磨桶4，当磨桶4旋转时冷气可以全方位的对磨桶4进行降温。
进一步的，所述提拉绳2上设有隔振装置10，如此设计，可以使磨桶4旋转时更加流畅主机框架1没有震颤。
进一步的，所述主机框架1的一侧设有固定装置11，对主机框架1进行加固进一步确保生产安全。

1.一种低温药材破碎设备，包括主机框架（1），其特征在于，所述主机框架（1）的上端设有翻转装置（2），所述翻转装置（2）通过提拉绳（3）与磨桶（4）连接，所述磨桶（4）通过传动轴（5）与电机（6）连接，所述磨桶（4）外部设有夹套（7），所述夹套（7）通过排风管（8）与制冷机（9）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种低温药材破碎设备，其特征在于，所述夹套（7）为中空的圆桶，其内径略大于磨桶（4）的直径。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种低温药材破碎设备，其特征在于，所述提拉绳（2）上设有隔振装置（10）。
