背景技术
在太阳能电池的生产领域中,芯片的磨边与清洗是前后工序,清洗机和磨边机各自都有自己的光电传感器,各自都有自己的软件报警系统,在清洗机发生堵片报警,一般是清洗机发出信号让磨边机和传动线停止传送芯片,以预防批量芯片流下堵片报废,但是,由于目前一次清洗机采用的为光电传感器,光电传感器的防水能力较差,在实际生产中经常误判,在一次清洗机发出预警信号后磨边机和传动线却不停止传送芯片,并据此发生多次批量芯片堵片报废。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种太阳能电池磨边机和一次清洗机联用的防堵片系统,具有感应准确性高、感应可靠性强、防水性好、系统运行稳定性强、维护方便和成本低廉的特点。

本实用新型公开了一种太阳能电池磨边机和一次清洗机联用的防堵片系统,包括磨边机和一次清洗机,磨边机的出料口与一次清洗机的进料口通过传动线连接,磨边机与一次清洗机内部均设有摇摆传感器,摇摆传感器包括摇摆座单元和底座单元,摇摆座单元包括摇摆头和摇摆座,摇摆头中上部通过不锈钢轴与摇摆座联接,摇摆头上部有滚轮,滚轮中心通过塑料轴与摇摆头联接,摇摆头下部里面设置有圆柱形磁铁,并用胶水粘牢密封;摇摆头下部里面设置有圆柱形磁铁,圆柱形磁铁质量比摆头上部的滚轮质量大,而且不锈钢轴穿过摇摆头中上部,由于重力影响,未受外力情况下,摇摆头上部有滚轮的一端在上面,摇摆头下部里面设置有圆柱形磁铁的一端在下面;底座单元包括连接轴和底座,连接轴下部通过2个密封圈与底座联接,底座侧面有2个内六角螺钉固定,连接轴上部通过2个密封圈与摇摆座联接,摇摆座侧面有2个内六角螺钉固定,连接轴轴心是通孔,连接轴顶部放置垫片,垫片顶部放置磁性开关,磁性开关尾部的电线刚好通过垫片中心和连接轴轴心,磁性开关头部外径较大,不能通过垫片中心和连接轴轴心,磁性开关头部可以刚好嵌入摇摆座内部。
通过采用摇摆传感器代替传统的光电式传感器设置在所述磨边机和一次清洗机内部,有效克服光电传感器不防水造成的感应不准确的问题,避免了在一次清洗机故障下磨片机和传动线继续工作送料的隐患,保证了系统运行的稳定性;所述摇摆传感器通过摇摆座单元和底座单元的结构配合,整个摇摆传感器可以环绕滚轮进行摇摆感应,整个摇摆传感器的结构非常简单,组装维护十分方便,有效降低了摇摆传感器的制造成本,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
所述摇摆传感器的位置在磨边机和一次清洗机内部为可调节式设置。在使用过程中,若将磨边机的摇摆传感器位置向前调整,同时将一次清洗机的摇摆传感器位置向后调整,则2个摇摆传感器之间的间距增大,报警保护范围也增大。当太阳能电池芯片分别通过2个摇摆传感器时间间隔可以进行报警时间设定。
所述摇摆头下部里面设置有圆柱形磁铁,圆柱形磁铁质量比摆头上部的滚轮质量大,而且不锈钢轴穿过摇摆头中上部,由于重力影响,未受外力情况下,摇摆头上部有滚轮的一端在上面,摇摆头下部里面设置有圆柱形磁铁的一端在下面,此结构感应可靠性强。
所述摇摆头上部有滚轮,所述滚轮中心通过塑料轴与摇摆头联接,此处滚轮有微动作用,摩擦力极小,此结构感应准确性高;
所述摇摆头下部里面设置有圆柱形磁铁,并用胶水粘牢密封,此结构防水性好。
所述连接轴下部通过2个密封圈与底座联接,底座侧面有2个内六角螺钉固定;所述连接轴上部通过2个密封圈与摇摆座联接,摇摆座侧面有2个内六角螺钉固定,此结构防水性好。
所述垫片和所述塑料轴的材质为热塑性塑料,成本低廉,且具有一定的软质性,既起到一定的缓冲效果,也具有较长的使用寿命。
