背景技术
现有技术中的固井设备是一台水泥稳压罐和一台固井设备结合，是两台设备，需要单独分别运输，运输成本高，两台设备占地空间大，存储不方便，施工时水泥稳压罐要单独占据一定的井场空间，还需将水泥稳压罐和密闭水泥散料罐连接，再将水泥稳压罐和高能混合器的进灰口连接，需要两道工序完成，工作量较大。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题，本实用新型提出一种多功能的固井设备，具体技术方案如下：
一种多功能固井设备，包括拖车底盘车，包括设置在拖车底盘车前端相互连接的的液压动力总成和液压散热机油箱总成；包括设置在中段的发动机及散热系统总成、计量管总成、变速箱、操作平台及控制系统、柱塞泵总成；还设置拖车底盘车末端的水泥稳压罐总成和混浆罐及混浆系统总成；其中发动机及散热系统总成通过连接轴与变速箱相连接，变速箱通过连接轴与柱塞泵总成相连接；计量管总成通过官路遇柱塞泵相连接；操作平台及控制系统总成与变速箱相连接；混浆罐及混浆系统总成与水泥稳压罐相连接。
进一步的，混浆罐及混浆系统总成包括泥浆高能混合器，其中泥浆高能混合器与水泥稳压罐相连接。
进一步的，柱塞泵总成包括柱塞泵泵头和柱塞泵泵体，其中柱塞泵泵体通过管路与计量罐相连接。

有益效果：本实用新型通过将水泥稳压罐和常规的固井设备集成安装在一台设备之上，水泥稳压罐和高能混合器已经连接完好，使用时只需将水泥稳压罐与密闭水泥散料罐连接好即可，减少一道工序减少了工作量，同时也节省了运输成本，不必单独运输水泥稳压罐，并且此带水泥稳压罐的固井设备比一台水泥稳压罐和一台固井设备占空间小，方便存储，施工时占用井场空间小。

一种多功能固井设备，包括拖车底盘车8，包括设置在拖车底盘车前端相互连接的的液压动力总成1和液压散热机油箱总成2；包括设置在中段的发动机及散热系统总成3、计量管总成4、变速箱5、操作平台及控制系统总成6、柱塞泵总成7；还包括设置拖车底盘车8末端的水泥稳压罐总成9和混浆罐及混浆系统总成10；其中发动机及散热系统总成3通过连接轴与变速箱5相连接，变速箱5通过连接轴与柱塞泵总成7相连接；计量罐总成4通过管路遇柱塞泵总成7相连接；操作平台及控制系统总成6与变速箱5相连接；混浆罐及混浆系统总成10与水泥稳压罐9相连接。
进一步的，混浆罐及混浆系统总成10包括泥浆高能混合器，其中泥浆高能混合器与水泥稳压罐9相连接。
进一步的，柱塞泵总成7包括柱塞泵泵头和柱塞泵泵体，其中柱塞泵泵体通过管路与计量罐总成4相连接。

此实用新型设备可以用在所有固井施工中，设备运输时不必单独运输，节约运输成本，在井场不需要单独占用井场空间，连接时只需连接好水泥稳压罐和水泥散料罐，水泥稳压罐和高能混合器已经连好不需人工连接，减少了工作量，可给公司节约运输和存储成本。
