一种管材冷却定型装置,包括真空槽、定径板、冷却水道、上盖板和下盖板,所述的定径板分为紧挨着真空槽的第一定径板和挨着第一定径板的压紧定径板,在两类定径板上开设有位置相对应的吸附真空孔,紧压定径板上盖有上盖板和下盖板,在上盖板和下盖板上分别开设有真空腔,第一定径板上真空槽外围开设有密布的冷却水道。本实用新型的定径板为双层,加工不同异形件时,只需更换第一定径板,无需换掉整套装置,冷却水道与真空槽间隙小,很好的防止出现冷却收缩、扭曲和弯曲等变形缺陷。

本实用新型属于机械设备部件,具体地说是一种管材冷却定型装置。
背景技术
传统在线塑料管材定型装置,一般包括法兰盘、螺栓、密封圈和定径套。管材定型装置在塑料管材生产线上,一般位于挤出模具的后面,设置于真空水箱内,与真空水箱配合使用,将从模具里挤出的管状熔融塑料进行定型和冷却。对于一般形体管件的冷却定型,常规冷却定型装置即可,但是对于异形件的冷却定型,普通的冷却定型装置则不能满足需求。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决上述问题,提供一种对异性管材冷却定型装置。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案:
一种管材冷却定型装置,包括真空槽、定径板、冷却水道、上盖板和下盖板,所述的定径板分为紧挨着真空槽的第一定径板和挨着第一定径板的压紧定径板,在两类定径板上开设有位置相对应的吸附真空孔,紧压定径板上盖有上盖板和下盖板,在上盖板和下盖板上分别开设有真空腔,第一定径板上真空槽外围开设有密布的冷却水道。
所述的吸附真空孔从真空腔延伸到真空槽。
所述的真空槽深1mm~2mm。
所述的冷却水道与真空槽的间隙为2mm。
本实用新型的有益效果,本实用新型的定径板为双层,加工不同异形件时,只需更换第一定径板,无需换掉整套装置,冷却水道与真空槽间隙小,很好的防止出现冷却收缩、扭曲和弯曲等变形缺陷。
