Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种双边强化传热管,是螺纹管和螺旋槽管的组合发明,传热管内壁为螺旋沟槽凸起的结构,使传热面扩展10—15%,并且使管内流体产生旋转运动,以改变流体流动状态,使管内传热得以强化,传热管外壁采用外螺纹形结构,以增加表面积,强化了管外传热,且具有独特的“自洁”作用。因此,本实用新型换热效率高,在任何工况下都能收到强化传热的效果。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种双边强化传热管,是对现有管壳式换热器用换热管的改进。
目前,国内石油、化工等工业上使用的管壳式换热器,绝大部分采用的是光管。近几年来出现了螺纹管及螺旋槽管换热器,不同程度地提高了换热器的换热效率。但是,上述换热管都有不足之处。螺纹管只提高了管外给热系数,只能用于壳程需要强化的场合;螺旋槽管仅提高了管内给热系数,只能用于管程需要强化的场合。因此,上述换热管不是在任何场合应用都会得到满意的效果。
本实用新型的目的在于将上述两种换热管的功能合为一体,提供一种换热效率高的双边强化传热管。

本实用新型是螺纹管和螺旋槽管的组合发明,其特点是传热管1内壁为螺旋沟槽凸起结构2,其外壁为外螺纹3形结构,两端部为光管4。
本实用新型有如下优点:传热管内采用螺旋沟槽凸起的结构,使传热面扩展10-15%,尤其重要的是使管内流体产生旋转运动,贴进壁面流体速度增加,不易结垢,并加强了边界层流体的拢动以及边界层流体和主流流体的混合,整个流体流动结构的改变使管内传热过程得以强化,传热管采用外螺纹形结构,其总表面积为光管的2倍,强化了管外传热,且具有独特的“自洁”作用,即沿轴向手风琴式的热涨冷缩能使结在翅片上的硬垢自行脱落。因此,本实用新型换热效率高,在任何工况下都能收到强化传热的效果。
