太阳能电池组件是由若干个太阳能电池组件按一定方式组装在一块板上的组装件,太阳能电池组件的外围则由铝边框构成,目前一般的太阳能电池组件铝边框中内扩型槽口的上边框右端没有凸头,在安装挤压过程中正面硅胶会出现溢出的现象,使用效果不好,无法保证太阳能电池组件长期在恶劣的条件下正常使用。
且现有技术中,对于大型的太阳能电池组件,主体框架的铝型材结构不具有隔热效果,结构强度低使用寿命短。
