一种粘滞阻尼器装配装置，包括清洗槽1、工装台2、灌油架a3、灌油架b5、工装架4、小工装架6。将这些设备合理排开，按照一定的工序对零部件进行装配，原始零件依次通过清洗槽1、工装台2、灌油架a3、工装架4、灌油架b5和小工装架6，最后制成粘滞阻尼器成品。清洗槽1是用来清洗零部件的，可以将零部件在机加工过程中残留的铁屑等残留物清洗干净，工装台2是用来预装零部件的，将一些零件装配成部件，为之后整体的装配做好准备，灌油架a3和灌油架b5的作用是对液压缸进行注油，其优点在于灌油架上可以同时对多个液压缸进行注油并且注油之后可以进行沉淀，工装架4是用来装配一些零部件的，在工装架4上可以较方便的对粘滞阻尼器进行装配，尤其是对一些结构尺寸较大的粘滞阻尼器，其发挥的作用就越大，同时其也可以对已经完成装配的粘滞阻尼器进行静力试验，小工装架6是用来装配最后剩余的零部件，最后剩余的一些零部件都较容易装配，为了提高效率所以没有必要再占用工装架4。通过这样一个装置对工人分工细化明确、工序步骤分明的进行装配将有效提升工作效率、形成规模生产力，并且也有益于对产品装配的每一个环节质量的控制，从而对整个产品的质量会有所提升，同时也会降低企业成本。
