本实用新型提出了一种温控装置沉淀器，用以解决现有技术中石蜡加热融化温度不好控制的问题。一种温控装置沉淀器，包括沉淀器，沉淀器底部设有一台面，台面上铺设有若干根电热管，电热管通过电线与电源连接，沉淀器内设有一热电偶，热电偶也通过电线与电源连接。该温控装置沉淀器可实现石蜡溶液温度与净度均符合相关工艺要求，有效缩短生产周期，且有利于模具成型。

本实用新型属于精密熔模铸造领域，特别涉及一种温控装置沉淀器。
背景技术
目前，传统精密熔模铸造石蜡加热装置与沉淀装置为两套设备完成，即先进行加热融化后进行静止沉淀，这样石蜡加热熔融的温度不好控制，而且更换装置进行沉淀的过程中净度受到干扰，熔模精密度下降，不易成型。
因此，现在亟需一种能够实现温控的集加热和沉淀为一体的石蜡沉淀装置。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出一种温控装置沉淀器，解决了现有技术中石蜡加热融化温度不好控制的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：一种温控装置沉淀器，包括沉淀器，所述沉淀器底部设有一台面，所述台面上铺设有若干根电热管，所述电热管通过电线与电源连接，所述沉淀器内设有一热电偶，所述热电偶也通过所述电线与所述电源连接。
作为一优选的实施方式，所述热电偶与所述电源之间设有一温控仪表。
作为一优选的实施方式，相邻的两根所述电热管为并联。
作为一优选的实施方式，所述电热管之间为平行设置。
作为一优选的实施方式，所述温控仪表设置于所述沉淀器之外。
采用了上述技术方案后，本实用新型的有益效果是：台面上铺设的电热管既可以作为快速加热石蜡的电热元件，又可以作为石蜡沉淀成型的载体，热电偶是温度测量仪表中常用的测温元件，它直接测量温度，并把温度信号转换成热电动势信号，通过电气仪表转换成被测介质的温度。在加热融化装置加装热电偶和温控仪表，使石蜡加热过程中控制在92℃-95℃之间，即可实现石蜡溶液温度与净度均符合相关工艺要求，有效缩短生产周期，且有利于模具成型。

如图1所示，一种温控装置沉淀器，包括沉淀器1，沉淀器1底部设有一台面2，台面2上铺设有若干根电热管3，电热管3通过电线4与电源5连接，沉淀器1内设有一热电偶6，热电偶6也通过电线4与电源5连接。
热电偶6与电源5之间设有一温控仪表7。
相邻的两根电热管3为并联。
电热管3之间为平行设置。
温控仪表7设置于沉淀器1之外。

2.如权利要求1所述的温控装置沉淀器，其特征在于：所述热电偶与所述电源之间设有一温控仪表。
3.如权利要求1所述的温控装置沉淀器，其特征在于：相邻的两根所述电热管为并联。
4.如权利要求3所述的温控装置沉淀器，其特征在于：所述电热管之间为平行设置。
5.如权利要求2所述的温控装置沉淀器，其特征在于：所述温控仪表设置于所述沉淀器之外。
