Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种塑料挤出模具,包括:外模、芯模、模板、连接法兰以及安置在连接法兰外面的加热器,在外模里设置芯模,外模与芯模外端安装模板,芯模内设有安装有加热装置的加热腔,加热腔内装有测温管,芯模与外膜的底部间隙为4mm-8mm。采用上述技术方案制成的塑料挤出模具,大大缩短了整个模具的加热时间,提高了工作效率。而且对于越是大型的模具,其所能提高的工作效率越明显。

背景技术
现有的塑料挤出模具中的芯模加热时要依靠连接法兰外表面或外模表面的热量来加热,这种需要通过连接结构传导来加热的方法使得加热的时间过长,导致工作效率非常低。而且对于越是大型的模具,芯模加热的时间越长,这样就严重影响了工作效率。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种改进的芯模外模同步加热的塑料挤出模具,它能大大缩短加热的时间,提高工作效率。
本实用新型所述的一种塑料挤出模具,包括:外模、芯模、模板、连接法兰以及安置在连接法兰外面的加热器,在外模里设置芯模,外模与芯模外端安装模板,所述芯模内设有安装有加热装置的加热腔,所述加热腔内装有测温管,所述芯模与外膜的底部间隙为4mm-8mm。
上述方案中,所述测温管内装有温度传感器。

本实用新型的优点和有益效果在于:本实用新型大大缩短了整个模具的加热时间,提高了工作效率。而且对于越是大型的模具,其所能提高的工作效率越明显。

本实用新型中的一种塑料挤出模具包括:外模1、芯模2、模板3、连接法兰4、在外模1内设置芯模2,在外模1和芯模2外端安装模板3,在连接法兰4外面安装加热器5。连接法兰4的外端安装端法兰6,并通过螺栓7连接。
芯模2内设有包含加热装置的加热腔8,此加热装置可以为电加热装置。在加热腔8外端口和芯模2位置的模板3外端装有端盖10,芯模2与模板3通过螺栓11连接,端盖10可盖住加热腔8的腔口。
在端盖10上装有电源插座,在加热腔8内装有测温管9。测温管9内装有可输出温度及报警信号的测温表或者温度传感器(图中未示出)。
外模1和芯模2底部间隙为4mm-8mm,做为优选方案,外模1和芯模2底部间隙可为5mm。外模1和芯模2同步加热,由于外模和芯模之间的间隙很小,可以大大提高加热传导的速度,使得加热时间大大缩短。

1.一种塑料挤出模具,包括:外模、芯模、模板、连接法兰以及安置在连接法兰外面的加热器,在外模里设置芯模,外模与芯模外端安装模板,所述芯模内设有安装有加热装置的加热腔;其特征在于,所述加热腔内装有测温管,所述芯模与外膜的底部间隙为4mm-8mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出模具,其特征在于,所述测温管内装有温度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料挤出模具,其特征在于,所述测温管内装有测温表。
