橡胶制品在生产前需要将橡胶熔化后,生产出橡胶条用于运输或者进一步的加工,但是初级成品的橡胶条也需要注意成型时的温度,温度过高过低都会影响到橡胶条的物理性质,这就需要恒定加工熔炉的温度,目前不能实时监控加工熔炉内部温度。

为了克服现有的加工熔炉需要实时监控温度的不足,本实用新型提供了一种恒温橡胶挤出机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种恒温橡胶挤出机,包括挤出机、加工熔炉和加热器,所述挤出机连接加工熔炉,所述加工熔炉连接加热器,所述挤出机连接橡胶出口,所述橡胶出口连接红外测温仪。
本实用新型的有益效果是,这种恒温橡胶挤出机在橡胶出口处增加一个红外测温仪,实时检测橡胶条的温度,保证加工熔炉内的温度恒定,保证橡胶制品的合格率,效果明显。

这种恒温橡胶挤出机在工作的时候,在其橡胶出口2处增加一个红外测温仪4,红外测温仪4将检测到的温度反馈给加热熔炉3,实时保证加热熔炉3处于一个恒定的加热情况下,保证橡胶条的物理性质,使用效果良好。
