背景技术
橡胶制品在生产前需要将橡胶熔化后，生产出橡胶条用于运输或者进一步的加工，但是初级成品的橡胶条也需要注意成型时的温度，温度过高过低都会影响到橡胶条的物理性质，这就需要恒定加工熔炉的温度，目前不能实时监控加工熔炉内部温度。

为了克服现有的加工熔炉需要实时监控温度的不足，本实用新型提供了一种恒温橡胶挤出机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种恒温橡胶挤出机，包括挤出机、加工熔炉和加热器，所述挤出机连接加工熔炉，所述加工熔炉连接加热器，所述挤出机连接橡胶出口，所述橡胶出口连接红外测温仪。
本实用新型的有益效果是，这种恒温橡胶挤出机在橡胶出口处增加一个红外测温仪，实时检测橡胶条的温度，保证加工熔炉内的温度恒定，保证橡胶制品的合格率，效果明显。
