宽幅轴承多滚道成内凹形且位置较深，加工过程中卡尺无法直接测量工件所加工面，只能通过机床托板刻度在滚道挡边反复对刀来间接控制滚道加工尺寸，然后再用调心机进行测量，生产效率低，劳动强度大。

本实用新型就是为了克服上述缺陷而提供了一种宽幅轴承套圈滚道卡尺测量辅助装置。
本实用新型通过下述方案实现：一种宽幅轴承套圈滚道卡尺测量辅助装置，它包括单拐测量头、游标卡尺；所述的单拐测量头是由两个测量杆组成，所述的测量杆是加装在游标卡尺卡角上的，并且测量杆长度可根据所测轴承滚道值的不同任意选择；测量结果是由游标卡尺的读数和两个测量杆长度相加；本装置可用于单滚道、多滚道及其他较深台阶孔内径的尺寸测量及检查测量。
