[0005] 为了解决以上技术问题,本实用新型提供一种水浴除尘脱硫器,包括:烟尘进气管、除尘脱硫器顶盖、喷水管、喷水嘴、水栗出水管、筛孔板、除尘脱硫器排气口、除尘脱硫器外壳、进气管出口、沉淀池、水位线、加碱机、沉淀池溢水管、水栗自吸真空器、水栗、清水池溢流管、排尘泥口、清水池、回水管、气水分离器排气口、低速排尘泥绞龙、低速链斗提升机及链斗提升机电机;其特征是:除尘脱硫器外壳用钢筋砼现浇或不锈钢板焊制而成,下脚与沉淀池相连,沉淀池的水位线上有一根溢水管,出口与清水池相接,清水池的水位线上也有一清水池溢水管,调整水位;水栗的进水管安装有水栗自吸真空器,在清水池内前端安装有滤网罩,不需安装底阀,水栗出水管与水浴除尘脱硫塔上部的喷水管相接,喷水管上安装有喷水嘴,水从喷水嘴喷出,在筛孔板上形成水雾,汽流遇到筛孔板上的水雾,小型尘粒溶入水中流入沉淀池;烟尘进气管从除尘脱硫器顶盖和筛孔板中心串过直扦到沉淀池水位线,烟尘进气管出口与沉淀池水位线相距为“h”,筛孔板使用不锈钢板,上面钻满圆孔,筛孔板焊于进气管上;除尘脱硫器上部安装有排气管,纯净气流径筛孔出去进入气水分离器,所带水滴由于离心力和重力的作用经过回水管流入沉淀池,气流经气水分离器排气口出去与引风机相连;水池上面安装有加碱机,定量定时向水池内加纯碱或生石灰,调整水池内水的酸碱度,并与含硫等气体反应生成钙盐沉淀,沉淀池的尘泥由低速排泥绞龙及电机将尘泥送往低速链斗提升机进料口,由低速链斗提升机将尘泥由排泥口排出沉淀池外,全工作过程闭路遁环,节约水源,不污染环境。

[0009] 在沸腾炉及各种热源炉的出口安装除尘脱硫器后有以下进步:1.烟尘由于引风机的吸力,风速加快,进入进气管的烟尘因离心力的作用,突然与水接触,大颗粒沉入沉淀池中。2.向上的气流又遇到从筛孔板向下的水雾将小粒烟尘浸湿,混入水中下降到沉淀池中。3.上升的气流由于受筛孔板的导流,将带尘粒的水流入沉淀池中。4.沸腾炉或热源炉的高温含硫气体遇水会生成弱酸,向水池内加纯碱或生石灰,调整水池内水的酸碱度,并与含硫等气体反应生成钙盐沉淀。5.由于烟尘经过水洗,并经碱水脱硫,排向烟囱的烟气TSP浓度能达标排放。

[0015] 参照附图1、附图2,除尘脱硫器外壳8用钢筋砼现浇或不锈钢板焊制而成,下脚与沉淀池10相连,沉淀池10的水位线11上有一沉淀池溢水管13,出口与清水池18相接,清水池18的水位线上也有一清水池溢水管16,用来调整水位,水栗15的进水管在清水池18内,进水管上安装有水栗自吸真空器14,水栗能自吸真空,不须要安装底阀,进水管前端安装滤网罩,进水管与水栗15进水口相连,水栗15出水管与除尘脱硫器8上部的喷水管3相接,喷水管3上安装有喷水嘴4 ;烟尘进气管I从除尘脱硫器顶盖2和筛孔板6中心串过直扦到沉淀池10的水位线11上边,烟尘进气管出口 9与沉淀池10水位线11相距为‘h’,筛孔板6上钻满圆孔,焊于进气管I上;除尘脱硫器8上部安装有排气管7向下进入气水分离器21,所带水滴由于离心力和重力的作用经过回水管19流入沉淀池10,气流经气水分离器21排气口 20出去与引风机相连,气水分离器21回水管19与沉淀池10相连;沉淀池10上面安装有加碱机12,定量定时向沉淀池10内加纯碱或生石灰,调整沉淀池10内水的酸碱度,并与含硫等气体反应生成钙盐沉淀,沉淀池10的尘泥由低速排泥绞龙及电机22将尘泥送往低速链斗提升机23进料口,由低速链斗提升机23将尘泥经排泥口 17排出沉淀池10外,全工作程序闭路遁环,节约水源,不污染环境。
[0016] 参照附图1、附图2,工作时沸腾炉及各种热源炉的尾部烟尘由引风机所产生的吸力经水浴除尘脱硫器中间的进气管I快速进入,当气流遇到水位线11的水时,由于惯性力的作用,大颗粒尘粒进入沉淀水中,气流开始上行时,清水池18的清水径水栗15进水管进入自吸真空器14,再进入水栗15,从水栗15出水管5进入喷水管3从喷水嘴4喷出,在筛孔板6上形成水雾,汽流遇到筛孔板6上的水雾,小型尘粒溶入水中流入沉淀池10,纯净气流径筛孔6出去进入排气管7向下进入气水分离器21,所带水滴由于离心力和重力的作用经过回水管19流入沉淀池,气流经气水分离器排气口 20出去进入引风机排向烟囱;沉淀池10的尘泥由低速排泥绞龙及电机22将尘泥送往低速链斗提升机23进料口,由低速链斗提升机23将尘泥经排泥口 17排出沉淀池10外,安装水浴除尘脱硫器对沸腾炉或热源炉的高温含硫含尘气体进行水浴除尘脱硫,其工艺先进,设备简单,耗电少,除尘脱硫效果良好,而且闭路遁环,废水不外排,节约水源,不污染环境,无需专人操作,是值得推广的一种先进的除尘脱硫设备。
