本实用新型公开了一种双重密封微型轴承,包括内圈、外圈以及置于内圈和外圈之间的滚珠,其特征在于:在所述滚珠的一侧设置有第一防尘结构,该第一防尘结构包括设置在所述外圈内周面的第一防尘盖和设置在所述内圈外周面的第二防尘盖。本实用新型在轴承与外部环境接触的一侧设置有第一防尘结构,该防尘结构包括第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖,不仅在原来一道密封防尘的基础上,增加了一道密封防尘,而且第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖分别固定在内圈和外圈,内圈和外圈发生相对转动,所以第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖之间也发生转动,在两者之间形成稳定的气流,阻止了灰尘的进入,防尘效果大大提升。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种滚珠轴承,具体是一种带有防尘盖的双重密封微型轴承。
背景技术
滚珠轴承结构由内圈、外圈和置于内圈和外圈的滚珠组成。当轴承在环境恶劣的情况下使用,譬如流量计等,就会有灰尘进入轴承内部,导致轴承的灵活性下降,为了不影响轴承的传动性能,需要对轴承进行防尘设计,从而提高轴承的使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种防止灰尘进入轴承内部的防尘效果好的双重密封微型轴承。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
双重密封微型轴承,包括内圈、外圈以及置于内圈和外圈之间的滚珠,其特征在于:在所述滚珠的一侧设置有第一防尘结构,该第一防尘结构包括设置在所述外圈内周面的第一防尘盖和设置在所述内圈外周面的第二防尘盖。
在所述内圈和外圈之间还设置有一保持架,所述滚珠位于所述保持架内。
在所述滚珠的另一侧还设置有第二防尘结构,该第二防尘结构包括所述第一防尘盖。
在所述外圈内周面设置有第一环形槽,所述第一防尘盖固定在所述第一环形槽内。
在所述第一环形槽内还设置有一卡簧,所述第一防尘盖通过该卡簧固定在所述第一环形槽内。
在所述内圈外周面设置有第二环形槽,所述第二防尘盖固定在所述第二环形槽内。
所述第二防尘盖焊接在所述环形槽内。
作为优选的,所述双重密封微型轴承的沟道中心偏离轴承中心;进一步的,所述轴承的沟道中心偏离轴承中心的距离为0.20mm。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、在轴承与外部环境接触的一侧设置有第一防尘结构,该防尘结构包括第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖,不仅在原来一道密封防尘的基础上,增加了一道密封防尘,而且第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖分别固定在内圈和外圈,内圈和外圈发生相对转动,所以第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖之间也发生转动,在两者之间形成稳定的气流,阻止了灰尘的进入,防尘效果大大提升,适用于坏境恶劣,且又要求轴承灵活性很好的应用场合,譬如流量计等。
2、本实用新型的第一防尘盖和第二防尘盖均固定在环形槽内,提高了防尘盖连接的稳定性,使得轴承在高速转动时稳定的防尘性能。
3、在原有的基础上不改变钢球的大小,而采用沟道偏移的方法让出空间,保证轴承在工作中,(除滚动部分外)各部件之间没有相互摩擦,保证轴承灵活性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本实用新型作详细说明:
如图1、图2、图3所示,本实用双重密封微型轴承,包括内圈1、外圈2、滚珠3以及保持架4,其中保持架使滚珠均匀的置于内圈1和外圈2之间。在滚珠的一侧设置有第一防尘结构,在滚珠的另一侧设置有第二防尘结构,第一防尘结构包括固定在外圈2内周面的第一防尘盖5和固定在内圈1外周面的第二防尘盖6,第二防尘结构包括第一防尘盖。
第一防尘盖5与内圈外周面的距离为0.7mm第二防尘盖与外圈内周面的距离为0.2mm。
为了可靠稳定的固定第一防尘盖5和第二防尘盖6,在外圈内周面设置有第一环形槽8,然后将第一防尘盖5固定在第一环形槽8内,固定方式可选用卡簧7,方便拆卸检修。在内圈外周面设置有第二环形槽9,然后将第二防尘盖6固定在第二环形槽9内,固定方式可以为焊接或其他方式。
所述轴承的沟道中心a偏离轴承中心b的距离为0.20mm。

1.双重密封微型轴承,包括内圈、外圈以及置于内圈和外圈之间的滚珠,其特征在于:在所述滚珠的一侧设置有第一防尘结构,该第一防尘结构包括设置在所述外圈内周面的第一防尘盖和设置在所述内圈外周面的第二防尘盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双重密封微型轴承,其特征在于:在所述内圈和外圈之间还设置有一保持架,所述滚珠位于所述保持架内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双重密封微型轴承,其特征在于:在所述滚珠的另一侧还设置有第二防尘结构,该第二防尘结构包括所述第一防尘盖。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双重密封微型轴承,其特征在于:在所述外圈内周面设置有第一环形槽,所述第一防尘盖固定在所述第一环形槽内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双重密封微型轴承,其特征在于:在所述第一环形槽内还设置有一卡簧,所述第一防尘盖通过该卡簧固定在所述第一环形槽内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双重密封微型轴承,其特征在于:在所述内圈外周面设置有第二环形槽,所述第二防尘盖固定在所述第二环形槽内。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双重密封微型轴承,其特征在于:所述第二防尘盖焊接在所述环形槽内。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双重密封微型轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承的沟道中心偏离轴承中心。
9.根据权利要求8所述的双重密封微型轴承,其特征在于:所述轴承的沟道中心偏离轴承中心的距离为0.20mm。
