现有塑胶模具注塑生产过程中经常出现排气困难，造成困气烧焦、缺胶，产品变形等问题出现。在模具上加排气孔很难控制，加排气孔较少无作用，排气孔加多又出现披锋。造成模具难加工，注塑生产困难。因此需要更改模具结构，使其能稳定生产。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的在于为注塑生产提供一种稳定性模具。这种模具结构在使用过程中，可有效降低产品不良率，提高生产稳定性，增加模具镶件缩呵功能，增强排气功能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种注塑模具，从前往后依次包括前模底板、前模垫板一、前模垫板二、前模板、后模板，前模板与前模垫板一、二用螺丝固定在一起，还包括一用于排气的前模镶件，所述前模镶件用螺丝与前模底板固定在一起。
本实用新型的有益效果是：解决了现有注塑模具的排气问题，改善增加排气产品少出现披锋。模具开模时先缩呵，再退螺牙，改善了产品变形问题。

参照图1，本实用新型一种注塑模具，从前往后依次包括前模底板1、前模垫板一2、前模垫板二3、前模板4、后模板5，前模板与前模垫板一、二用螺丝固定在一起，还包括一用于排气的前模镶件6，所述前模镶件用螺丝与前模底板固定在一起。
本实用新型解决了现有模具排气困难，产品变形、披锋问题。提供一种高效稳定的模具结构，这种模具结构在实用过程中，可有效降低产品不良率，提高注塑模具生产的稳定性。模具开模时先缩呵，再退螺牙，改善了产品变形问题。本注塑模具是用螺丝将前模板、前模垫板一、二用螺丝锁成一个整体；用螺丝将前模底板、前模镶件锁在一起；开模时先开前模板，再抽出前模镶件；然后油缸退螺牙，开模。
此外，本实用新型并不局限于上述实施方式，只要其以基本相同的手段达到本实用新型的技术效果，都应属于本实用新型的保护范围。
