背景技术
现有技术的客车引擎盖无可拆卸的排挡罩，不便于客车排挡机构的检修；同时未增加吸音棉、减低车内噪音，影响客车的舒适性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种客车新型引擎盖，其内部装有吸音棉且排挡安装位置可拆卸，为了降低客车内部噪音，增加乘客舒适度；同时也为了方便客车引擎系统以及排挡的故障诊断和检修。
本实用新型的目的及解决其主要技术问题是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种客车新型引擎盖，包括引擎盖主体和引擎盖，排挡罩通过螺钉固定在引擎盖主体上，引擎盖主体四周及引擎盖内部装有吸音棉，通过自攻螺钉固定L型扁铁压在引擎盖主体和引擎盖上；引擎盖和引擎盖主体通过铰链连接，并通过引擎盖主体和引擎盖上的扣锁来锁住或开启引擎盖。
所述引擎盖主体的引擎检修口周边装有密封和减震胶条。
所述引擎盖主体上还装有加水盖，加水盖通过其上的两个铁锁和引擎盖主体装配在一起。
所述引擎盖主体和引擎盖之间还装有限位用的帆布带，帆布带的两端分别用螺钉固定在引擎盖主体和引擎盖上。

参见图1-5，一种客车新型引擎盖，包括引擎盖主体2和引擎盖7，排挡罩1通过螺钉固定在引擎盖主体2上，通过螺钉3的拆卸来实现客车排挡的检修；引擎盖主体2四周及引擎盖7内部装有吸音棉5，通过自攻螺钉3固定L型扁铁4压在引擎盖主体2和引擎盖7上，通过吸音棉的吸音作用，达到降低车内噪音的目的；引擎盖7和引擎盖主体2通过铰链9连接，形成转动机构，实现引擎盖7的开或闭，并通过引擎盖主体1和引擎盖7上的扣锁10来锁住或开启引擎盖，从而实现便于诊断和检修客车引擎的功用。
所述引擎盖主体2的引擎检修口周边装有密封和减震胶条6,此胶条可以使引擎盖主体2和引擎盖7之间的配合跟加紧密，增加密闭性，减少引擎噪音传递到车内。
所述引擎盖主体2上还装有加水盖11，加水盖11通过其上的两个铁锁12和引擎盖主体2装配在一起。
所述引擎盖主体2和引擎盖7之间还装有限位用的帆布带8，帆布带8的两端分别用螺钉3固定在引擎盖主体2和引擎盖7上。
本实用新型降低了客车排挡机构的检修劳动强度，节约检修时间，同时还有效的降低了车内噪音，增加了客车的乘用舒适性。

2.如权利要求1所述的客车新型引擎盖，其特征在于：所述引擎盖主体（2）的引擎检修口周边装有密封和减震胶条（6）。
3.如权利要求1所述的客车新型引擎盖，其特征在于：所述引擎盖主体（2）上还装有加水盖（11），加水盖（11）通过其上的两个铁锁（12）和引擎盖主体（2）装配在一起。
4.如权利要求1所述的客车新型引擎盖，其特征在于：所述引擎盖主体（2）和引擎盖（7）之间还装有限位用的帆布带（8），帆布带（8）的两端分别用螺钉固定在引擎盖主体（2）和引擎盖（7）上。
