技术领域
本实用新型涉及防过载暗杆闸门,属于水利工程中水渠用插板式闸阀技术领域。
背景技术
钢闸门通常是用来开启和关闭局部水工建筑物中过水口的活动结构,一般用于用于船坞水泵房,启闭动作比较频繁。传统的暗杆钢闸门为螺母镶在钢闸门门体内上端,启闭机丝杆工作段在最下端刚好与螺母啮合形成丝杆螺母传动副,当钢闸门门体启升打开或下行闭合时,丝杆传动而螺母不动,从而使钢闸门门体上升或下降,实现开合动作。由于丝杆与螺母传动副在水下工作,润滑油容易流失到水中,而且水下加润滑油很不方便,润滑油的流失,造成丝杆与螺母传动副的过早磨损,水中浮渣也容易渗入到螺母传动副中,导致丝杆与螺母传动副之间咬死,闸门无法打开,使用寿命短,铸造门体时需要增加丝杆走道,工艺复杂制造成本高。传统的暗杆闸门没有过载保护装置,无法对设备进行快速、准确、有效的保护。

针对上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,润滑状体良好,避免丝杆与螺母副发生咬死现象,工作性能稳定,具有过载保护功能的防过载暗杆闸门。
为此本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:
防过载暗杆闸门,包括门框和门体,所述门体安装在门框内,门框上方安装有固定架,门体上端通过吊耳与套管连接,套管内套接一丝杆,丝杆上端设有台阶轴,台阶轴下端设有轴承座,轴承座安装在固定架上,台阶轴上端设有轴承盖,轴承盖通过螺栓与轴承座固定连接,轴承盖和轴承座与台阶轴的上下端面分别设有轴承,套管上端内部设有螺母,螺母套接在丝杆上,丝杆的上端与减速电机的输出端连接,所述减速电机上设有扭矩传感器,扭矩传感器输出4-20mA模拟量信号与中控室实现DCS自动控制,所述轴承盖上设有加油嘴,所述套管下端为封闭端。
进一步,所述丝杆下端设有挡板,所述挡板位于套管内,所述挡板直径大于丝杆直径。
进一步,所述螺母与套管的配合方式为过盈配合。

防过载暗杆闸门,包括门框1和门体2,所述门体2安装在门框1内,门框1上方安装有固定架3,门体2上端通过吊耳4与套管5连接,套管5内套接一丝杆6,丝杆6上端设有台阶轴7,台阶轴7下端设有轴承座8,轴承座8安装在固定架3上,台阶轴7上端设有轴承盖9,轴承盖9通过螺栓与轴承座8固定连接,轴承盖9和轴承座8与台阶轴7的上下端面分别设有轴承10,套管5上端内部设有螺母11,螺母11套接在丝杆6上,丝杆6的上端与减速电机12的输出端连接,所述减速电机12上设有扭矩传感器13,扭矩传感器13输出4-20mA模拟量信号与中控室实现DCS自动控制,所述轴承盖9上设有加油嘴14,所述套管5下端为封闭端。
进一步,所述丝杆6下端设有挡板15,所述挡板15位于套管5内,所述挡板15直径大于丝杆6直径。
