Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种冷轧辊钢清洗装置，包括上轨道和下轨道，上、下轨道对应设有一组上夹具、下夹具，所述相邻2个上夹具之间设有清水管，所述清水管由上轨道上方的送水管控制出水。本实用新型与传统技术相比，通过双向清水管设计，可同时进行多组清洗，大大提高了工作效率，减少了生产成本。

背景技术
冷轧辊钢属复杂构件，有非常硬的表层，承受很大的应力，因此，冷轧辊要求有很高的制造质量，这是确保使用效果的必要条件。但其使用寿命不仅取决于制造质量，而且与使用过程中的维护密切相关，如果使用不当，使用效果将会发生极大变化。冷轧辊钢一般通过模具挤压成型，由于在挤压过程中会沾染一些杂质，因此必须通过清洗来达到使用要求。
发明内容
发明目的：本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种冷轧辊钢清洗装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述发明目的，本实用新型具体是这样来完成的：一种冷轧辊钢清洗装置，包括上轨道和下轨道，上、下轨道对应设有一组上夹具、下夹具，所述相邻2个上夹具之间设有清水管，所述清水管由上轨道上方的送水管控制出水。
其中，所述清水管为双向设计，可同时清洗相邻夹具固定的冷轧辊钢。
有益效果：本实用新型与传统技术相比，通过双向清水管设计，可同时进行多组清洗，大大提高了工作效率，减少了生产成本。

如图1所示的一种冷轧辊钢清洗装置，包括上轨道1和下轨道2，上、下轨道1、2对应设有一组上夹具3、下夹具4，所述相邻2个上夹具3之间设有清水管5，所述清水管5由上轨道1上方的送水管6控制出水，所述清水管5为双向设计，可同时清洗相邻夹具固定的冷轧辊钢。

1.一种冷轧辊钢清洗装置，其特征在于，包括上轨道(1)和下轨道(2)，上、下轨道(1、2)对应设有一组上夹具(3)、下夹具(4)，所述相邻2个上夹具(3)之间设有清水管(5)，所述清水管(5)由上轨道(1)上方的送水管(6)控制出水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷轧辊钢清洗装置，其特征在于，所述清水管(5)为双向设计，可同时清洗相邻夹具固定的冷轧辊钢。
