如图1～图3所示，在本实施例中，圆网大花回卡盘装置包括主动卡盘和被动卡盘。
主动卡盘包括卡盘座5、轴承3、动环4、弹簧片2，所述弹簧片2设置在轴承3上，轴承3设置在动环4内侧，动环4固定在卡盘座5上。
被动卡盘包括卡盘座9、轴承7、动环8、弹簧片6，所述弹簧片6设置在轴承7上，轴承7设置在动环8内侧，动环8固定在卡盘座9上。
所述主动卡盘与被动卡盘通过传动齿轮1连接；所述传动齿轮1固定在主动卡盘上。
 本实施例中的圆网大花回卡盘装置，设计新颖，结构紧凑，可以满足大花回圆网印花机印制1206mm以上大花回花型的需要。
