一种焦化废液循环结晶装置，包括管路，反应箱下端连接收集箱A，收集箱A下端设有过滤板，过滤板下端通过管路联通补料箱，补料箱3上端通过管路联通反应箱上端的进料口，反应箱设有振动过滤网，振动过滤网设有振动器，补料箱设有泵，通过进料口与补料箱一同向反应箱进料，经过反应并振动过滤网过滤后，反应物进去收集箱A，并再次过滤晶体，晶体为硫酸铵晶体，过滤后液体经过蒸馏装置蒸馏后，收集箱B收集晶体为硫酸铵，乙醇回用，流入补料箱经过泵循环反应，形成循环结晶，具有节约原料、提高结晶效率的优点。

本实用新型属于化学反应装置，具体涉及一种焦化废液循环结晶装置。
背景技术
焦化废液是煤制焦炭、煤气净化及焦化产品回收过程中产生的废水，废水排放量大，水质成分复杂，属有毒有害、难降解的高浓度有机废水，氨氮是造成水体富营养化的最主要原因，因此，高浓度氨氮废水进入环境水体会增加水体富营养化危险,目前对焦化废液的提纯再利用通常对单一物质的提纯，而反应装置复杂,并且不能循环提取硫酸铵及硫氰酸铵，不利于生产。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种焦化废液循环结晶装置，循环提取装置中的结晶，使得反应物充分反应，具有节约原料、提高提取率的特点。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种焦化废液循环结晶装置，包括管路，反应箱下端连接收集箱A，收集箱A下端设有过滤板，过滤板下端设有蒸馏装置，蒸馏装置通过管路联通补料箱，补料箱上端通过管路连通反应箱上端的进料口，反应箱设有振动过滤网，振动过滤网设有振动器，补料箱设有泵。
所述的收集箱下板设有800目的过滤孔。 
所述的蒸馏装置设有收集箱B。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
本方案通过振动将结晶过滤后，溶液继续通过补料箱补充原料，循环结晶，具有节约原料、提高结晶效率的优点。

如图1所示，一种焦化废液循环结晶装置，包括管路8，其特征在于，反应箱1下端连接收集箱A2，收集箱A2下端设有过滤板7，过滤板7下端设有蒸馏装置10，蒸馏装置10通过管路8连通补料箱3，补料箱3上端通过管路8连通反应箱1上端的进料口9，反应箱1设有振动过滤网5，振动过滤网5设有振动器6，补料箱3设有泵4。
所述的收集箱A2下板设有800目的过滤孔。 
所述的蒸馏装置10设有收集箱B11。
本实用新型的工作原理是：
通过进料口 9与补料箱3一同向反应箱1进料，经过反应并振动过滤网过滤后，反应物进去收集箱A2，并再次过滤晶体，晶体为硫酸铵晶体，过滤后液体经过蒸馏装置10蒸馏后，收集箱B11收集晶体为硫氰酸铵，乙醇回用，流入补料箱3经过泵4循环反应，形成循环结晶。

1.一种焦化废液循环结晶装置，包括管路（8），其特征在于，反应箱（1）下端连接收集箱A（2），收集箱A（2）下端设有过滤板（7），过滤板（7）下端设有蒸馏装置（10），蒸馏装置（10）通过管路（8）连通补料箱（3），补料箱（3）上端通过管路（8）连通反应箱（1）上端的进料口（9），反应箱（1）设有振动过滤网（5），振动过滤网（5）设有振动器（6），补料箱（3）设有泵（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种焦化废液循环结晶装置，其特征在于，所述的收集箱A（2）下板设有800目的过滤孔。
