本实用新型涉及一种联轴器拆卸装置，属于工程机械维修领域，尤其与振动压路机振动轴上的联轴器的拆卸有关。
背景技术
压路机振动轴上的骨架油封损坏后，首先要把振动轴上的轴端联轴器拆卸后才能更换到损坏的油封，而联轴器内藏于法兰盘内腔且配合较紧，若无专用工具是无法拆卸的。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种联轴器拆卸装置，它能方便的拆卸压路机振动轴上的联轴器。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种联轴器拆卸装置，该联轴器拆卸装置包括卡块、拉杆、以及顶杆，所述卡块为两块对合的半圆体，其内孔前端设有环形凸台用于钩住联轴器上的环形齿圈，后端中部设有与所述拉杆配合使用的通孔；所述拉杆的中部设有与所述顶杆外螺纹配合使用的螺纹孔，两端设有与螺母配合使用的丝杆；所述顶杆的前端设有与振动轴中心孔相吻合的圆锥体，尾端设有扳手方，中部设有外螺纹。
本实用新型能可靠的拆卸压路机振动轴上的联轴器，具有结构简单，使用方便等特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步说明。
如图1所示：本实用新型一种联轴器拆卸装置，该联轴器拆卸装置包括卡块10、拉杆20、以及顶杆30，所述卡块10为两块对合的半圆体，其内孔前端设有环形凸台11用于钩住联轴器上的环形齿圈，后端中部设有与所述拉杆20配合使用的通孔12；所述拉杆20的中部设有与所述顶杆30外螺纹配合使用的螺纹孔，两端设有与螺母21配合使用的丝杆；所述顶杆30的前端设有与振动轴中心孔相吻合的圆锥体31，尾端设有扳手方32，中部设有外螺纹。
如图2 所示，使用时：先将一块半圆体卡块10伸入法兰盘40的内腔卡在联轴器50的齿圈下端，然后把拉杆20的一端丝杆插入下卡块10的通孔12内并拧上螺母21，再将另一块半圆体卡块10伸入法兰盘40的内腔卡在联轴器50的齿圈上端，此时上提拉杆20使上端丝杆进入上卡块10的通孔12内并拧上螺母21，然后手拧顶杆30使前端圆锥体31顶住振动轴60的中心孔并将上下两螺母21拧紧，这时用扳手卡住扳手方32转动顶杆30，此时在顶杆30的螺纹力的作用下通过拉杆20带动卡块10即可使联轴器50拆卸出来。

1.一种联轴器拆卸装置，其特征在于，该联轴器拆卸装置包括卡块（10）、拉杆（20）、以及顶杆（30），所述卡块（10）为两块对合的半圆体，其内孔前端设有环形凸台（11）用于钩住联轴器上的环形齿圈，后端中部设有与所述拉杆（20）配合使用的通孔（12）；所述拉杆（20）的中部设有与所述顶杆（30）外螺纹配合使用的螺纹孔，两端设有与螺母（21）配合使用的丝杆；所述顶杆（30）的前端设有与振动轴中心孔相吻合的圆锥体（31），尾端设有扳手方（32），中部设有外螺纹。
