技术领域
本发明涉及医用试剂瓶技术领域,尤其是涉及一种肌酐测定试剂盒。
背景技术
尿液中肌酐浓度可以作为一些分解物(白蛋白、α-淀粉酶)排泄的参考物,在医疗上具有临床意义。测定肌酐主要有化学测定法(Jaffe法)、酶法、高效液相层析法和毛细管电泳法等。其中:化学测定法成本低廉,操作简便,是目前国内测定肌酐最常用的方法之一,此法的缺点是特异性不高;高效液相层析法(HPLC)通过阳离子交换层析柱可与其他成分很好分离,在234nm测定其光吸收,但此法不适于大批量临床标本分析,通常仅作为肌酐测定的参考方法,用于评价市售肌酐测定的试剂瓶和某些科研目的;毛细管电泳法中血清标本用高速离心作预处理,尿液标本可用低速离心,除去有形成分,上清液用胶束动电毛细管电泳分离后测定235nm处吸光度。本法测定线性范围宽,操作较为简便,但需用特殊设备和进行血清标本的预处理,临床常规使用困难;酶学测定法主要有肌酐脱亚胺酶(Creatinine deiminase)和肌酐酶(Creatininase)两大类,通常具有试剂测试的准确性较降低、测试不便的缺点。为此,目前亦有采用第一内装50mmol/L的Good’缓冲液、≥8ku/L的肌酸酶、≥8ku/L的肌氨酸氧化酶及0.4mmol/L的TOOS,第二内装有50mmol/L的Good’缓冲液、≥30ku/L的肌酸酶、过氧化物酶≥1ku/L及2.95mmol/L的4-氨基氨替比林的试剂组合来进行肌酐测定的,达到了较好的效果且方法简单。但是,这样的试剂盒中放置多个试剂瓶时,大多造成包装方式繁琐,且试剂瓶不够稳定的现象。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种肌酐测定试剂盒,它具有放置方便,且较为稳定的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:肌酐测定试剂盒,包括塑料制备的方形的盒体,该盒体上方开口,且该盒体内装有第一试剂瓶和第二试剂瓶,所述第一试剂瓶瓶体的横截面呈梯形、第二试剂瓶的瓶体的横截面呈方形,该第一试剂瓶的左侧面上设有上下延伸的燕尾插条、该第二试剂瓶的右侧面上设有上下延伸的燕尾插槽,该燕尾插条和该燕尾插槽相配,以及,该第一试剂瓶的右侧面上、该第二试剂瓶的左侧面上均设有上下延伸的卡条,该盒体内腔的右侧面上和该内腔的左侧面上均设有上下延伸的卡槽,该些卡条和该些卡槽两两相配。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:放置方便,且较为稳定。本发明的肌酐测定试剂盒中的第一试剂瓶和第二试剂瓶通过燕尾结构连接为一体,且第一试剂瓶、第二试剂瓶、盒体均通过卡条和卡槽的配合卡在一起,使盒体、第一试剂瓶、第二试剂瓶均成为一有机的整体,不需要在盒体内放置泡沫衬板等材料,从而较为方便,且可确保第一试剂瓶和第二试剂瓶在盒体内的稳定。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1和图2所示:肌酐测定试剂盒,包括塑料制备的方形的盒体10,该盒体10上方开口,且该盒体10内装有第一试剂瓶20和第二试剂瓶30。
进一步的讲,该第一试剂瓶20瓶体的横截面呈梯形、第二试剂瓶30的瓶体的横截面呈方形。显然,横截面呈梯形的瓶身便于放置在一起的试剂瓶之间具有一定的间隙。该第一试剂瓶20的左侧面上设有上下延伸的燕尾插条21、该第二试剂瓶30的右侧面上设有上下延伸的燕尾插槽31,该燕尾插条21和该燕尾插槽31相配。即,该燕尾插条21插在相应的燕尾插槽31内可将第一试剂瓶20和第二试剂瓶30连接在一起。以及,该第一试剂瓶20的右侧面上、该第二试剂瓶30的左侧面上均设有上下延伸的卡条40,该盒体10内腔的右侧面上和该内腔的左侧面上均设有上下延伸的卡槽11,该些卡条40和该些卡槽11两两相配。即,卡条40能够卡在相应的卡槽11内。这样,第一试剂瓶20和第二试剂瓶30连接在一起后,通过卡条40和卡槽11的配合,使第一试剂瓶20和第二试剂瓶30与盒体10成为一有机整体,使试剂瓶在盒体内较为稳定。

1.肌酐测定试剂盒,包括塑料制备的方形的盒体(10),该盒体(10)上方开口,且该盒体(10)内装有第一试剂瓶(20)和第二试剂瓶(30),其特征在于:所述第一试剂瓶(20)瓶体的横截面呈梯形、第二试剂瓶(30)的瓶体的横截面呈方形,该第一试剂瓶(20)的左侧面上设有上下延伸的燕尾插条(21)、该第二试剂瓶(30)的右侧面上设有上下延伸的燕尾插槽(31),该燕尾插条(21)和该燕尾插槽(31)相配,以及,该第一试剂瓶(20)的右侧面上、该第二试剂瓶(30)的左侧面上均设有上下延伸的卡条(40),该盒体(10)内腔的右侧面上和该内腔的左侧面上均设有上下延伸的卡槽(11),该些卡条(40)和该些卡槽(11)两两相配。
