Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种燃气风机,包括蜗壳、电机和风轮,电机安装在蜗壳上,所述的电机包括转轴、转子组件、定子组件、机壳、前端盖、后端盖和电容,转子组件安装在转轴上,定子组件和机壳安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件外面,前端盖和后端盖分别安装在机壳两端,转轴两端分别支承在前端盖和后端盖的轴承上并且转轴的前端部伸入到蜗壳里面与风轮安装连接在一起,在后端盖上安装有盒体,所述的电容安装在盒体与后端盖之间围成的空腔里面,电容的安装更加简单方便,电机的结构更为紧凑,同时密封性也能得到有效的保证。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种燃气风机。
背景技术:
如图1所示,在现有的燃气风机中,电机上的电容都是通过电容盒101安装在电机的机壳102上,但是这种结构至少存在如下几个不足之处:
1)电容盒101安装在机壳102的侧面上造成电机的横向尺寸增大,当客户对安装尺寸有严格的要求时,难以满足客户的安装要求;
2)由于机壳102的厚度较薄,电容盒101一般采用焊接的方式安装在机壳102的侧面上,难以采用其他更为简单的安装方式;
3)电容与电机内部的引线连接,需要分别在电容盒101和机壳102上开设引线孔103、104,电容的接线穿过两个引线孔103、104后与电机内部的引线电连接在一起,连接方式更为复杂,装配效率较低,同时电机内部的密封性难以得到有效的保证。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种燃气风机,电容的安装更加简单方便,电机的结构更为紧凑,同时密封性也能得到有效的保证。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种燃气风机,包括蜗壳、电机和风轮,电机安装在蜗壳上,所述的电机包括转轴、转子组件、定子组件、机壳、前端盖、后端盖和电容,转子组件安装在转轴上,定子组件和机壳安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件外面,前端盖和后端盖分别安装在机壳两端,转轴两端分别支承在前端盖和后端盖的轴承上并且转轴的前端部伸入到蜗壳里面与风轮安装连接在一起,在后端盖上安装有盒体,所述的电容安装在盒体与后端盖之间围成的空腔里面。
上述所述的盒体包括容腔部和从容腔部端部往外侧延伸出的翻边部,电容位于所述的容腔部里面。
上述所述的在翻边部与后端盖之间设置有环形的密封垫。
上述所述的翻边部、密封垫和后端盖之间通过若干螺钉锁紧安装在一起。
上述所述的前端盖和后端盖通过螺栓与螺母分别安装在机壳的两端。
上述所述的在翻边部与密封垫的外侧边缘上设置有相对应的缺口部,螺母位于所述的缺口部里面。
上述所述的在后端盖上设置有引线孔。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)在后端盖上安装有盒体,所述的电容安装在盒体与后端盖之间围成的空腔里面,电容的安装更加简单方便,电机的结构更为紧凑,满足客户严格的安装尺寸要求,同时密封性也能得到有效的保证;
2)在翻边部与后端盖之间设置有环形的密封垫,避免灰尘、水或者其他杂质从盒体与电机之间的空隙进入到电机内部,有效保证电机安装的密封性,避免电机内部的电子零部件受到污染损坏;
3)翻边部、密封垫和后端盖之间通过若干螺钉锁紧安装在一起,安装方式简单、牢靠,装配效率高;
4)在翻边部与密封垫的外侧边缘上设置有相对应的缺口部,螺母位于所述的缺口部里面,结构简单、合理,使安装更加方便,结构更加紧凑;
5)在后端盖上设置有引线孔,电容的接线穿过后端盖上的引线孔机壳与电机内部的引线电连接在一起,接线简单、方便,同时电机的密封性得到有效的保证。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示,本实施例是一种燃气风机,包括蜗壳1、电机2和风轮3,电机2安装在蜗壳1上,所述的电机1包括转轴11、转子组件12、定子组件13、机壳14、前端盖15、后端盖16和电容17,转子组件12安装在转轴11上,定子组件13和机壳14安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件12外面,前端盖15和后端盖16分别安装在机壳14两端,转轴11两端分别支承在前端盖15和后端盖16的轴承上并且转轴11的前端部伸入到蜗壳1里面与风轮3安装连接在一起,在后端盖16上安装有盒体4,所述的电容17安装在盒体4与后端盖16之间围成的空腔里面。所述的盒体4包括容腔部41和从容腔部41端部往外侧延伸出的翻边部42,电容17位于所述的容腔部41里面。在翻边部42与后端盖16之间设置有环形的密封垫5。翻边部42、密封垫5和后端盖16之间通过若干螺钉6锁紧安装在一起。前端盖15和后端盖16通过螺栓71与螺母72分别安装在机壳14的两端。在翻边部42与密封垫5的外侧边缘上设置有相对应的缺口部51,螺母72位于所述的缺口部51里面。在后端盖16上设置有引线孔160。
以上实施例为本发明的较佳实施方式,但本发明的实施方式不限于此,其他任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种燃气风机,包括蜗壳(1)、电机(2)和风轮(3),电机(2)安装在蜗壳(1)上,所述的电机(1)包括转轴(11)、转子组件(12)、定子组件(13)、机壳(14)、前端盖(15)、后端盖(16)和电容(17),转子组件(12)安装在转轴(11)上,定子组件(13)和机壳(14)安装在一起并嵌套在转子组件(12)外面,前端盖(15)和后端盖(16)分别安装在机壳(14)两端,转轴(11)两端分别支承在前端盖(15)和后端盖(16)的轴承上并且转轴(11)的前端部伸入到蜗壳(1)里面与风轮(3)安装连接在一起,其特征在于:在后端盖(16)上安装有盒体(4),所述的电容(17)安装在盒体(4)与后端盖(16)之间围成的空腔里面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种燃气风机,其特征在于:所述的盒体(4)包括容腔部(41)和从容腔部(41)端部往外侧延伸出的翻边部(42),电容(17)位于所述的容腔部(41)里面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种燃气风机,其特征在于:在翻边部(42)与后端盖(16)之间设置有环形的密封垫(5)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种燃气风机,其特征在于:翻边部(42)、密封垫(5)和后端盖(16)之间通过若干螺钉(6)锁紧安装在一起。
5.根据权利要求2或3或4所述的一种燃气风机,其特征在于:前端盖(15)和后端盖(16)通过螺栓(71)与螺母(72)分别安装在机壳(14)的两端。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种燃气风机,其特征在于:在翻边部(42)与密封垫(5)的外侧边缘上设置有相对应的缺口部(51),螺母(72)位于所述的缺口部(51)里面。
7.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种燃气风机,其特征在于:在后端盖(16)上设置有引线孔(160)。
