背景技术
在精密机械制造工艺中,去毛刺是一项重要的工艺技术。现有的方法包括手工平锉去毛刺、化学去毛刺、电解去毛刺、超声波去毛刺、磁力去毛刺等,但以上几种方法对毛刺多的毛刺厚的却很难根除。对于不同零件的特性,选择的方法也不同,针对于外螺纹去毛刺,广泛采用的是手工去毛刺方法,使用平锉刀、固定砂轮、铲刀、钢丝刷等带磨料的工具,通过磨料与零件之间的振动摩擦,达到去除毛刺的效果。其特点是使用简单,成本低。但是上述的几种工具都存在易打滑而造成外螺纹牙顶和螺纹中径的损坏,去除毛刺不彻底,致使毛刺残留太多,还需进行二次去除等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种能够很好的覆盖在外螺纹表面,不损坏外螺纹牙顶和螺纹中径,无需进行二次去除的外螺纹去毛刺刀具,可以克服现有技术的不足。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种外螺纹去毛刺刀具,包括手柄,其特征在于:在手柄上连接有刀体,刀体的截面形状为V型,V型底部圆弧半径为R0.1~R0.5,而V型夹角a的度数为60.2˚~70˚或55.2˚~56˚,刀体的V型夹角a的度数应大于公制螺纹或英制螺纹牙型角的度数。
上述的外螺纹去毛刺刀具,其特征在于:在刀体的V型截面内侧和V型底部处设有锉纹。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型通过在手柄上连接有刀体,刀体的截面形状为V型,在刀体的V型截面内侧和V型底部处设有锉纹,使用时将刀体的V型底部轻压螺纹牙顶,在螺杆的转动过程中,就可实现螺杆上螺纹区域毛刺的去除,V型夹角a的度数应大于螺纹牙型角的度数,能有效防止在去螺纹毛刺过程中锉伤螺纹中径,而V型截面又可以防止在去除毛刺的过程中打滑。

具体实施方式
实施例1. 如图1和2所示,它包括木质的手柄1,在手柄1上连接有刀体2,刀体2的截面形状为V型,V型底部5的圆弧半径为R0.1~R0.5,刀体2的V型底部5与外螺纹的螺纹牙顶4相接触,在刀体2的V型截面内侧和V型底部设有锉纹3。
当螺杆固定在车床上完成外螺纹加工工序后,需要进行去毛刺时,将刀体2的V型底部5与外螺纹的螺纹牙顶4接触,操作车床带动螺杆转动,手持或固定在机架上使手柄1不动,刀体2随螺杆的旋转给外螺纹的螺纹牙顶4去毛刺。

1.一种外螺纹去毛刺刀具,包括手柄(1),其特征在于:在手柄(1)上连接有刀体(2),刀体(2)的截面形状为V型,V型底部(5)圆弧半径为R0.1~R0.5,而V型夹角a的度数为60.2˚~70˚或55.2˚~56˚,刀体(2)的V型夹角a的度数应大于公制螺纹或英制螺纹牙型角的度数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外螺纹去毛刺刀具,其特征在于:在刀体(2)的V型截面内侧和V型底部(5)处设有锉纹(3)。
