Abstract

一种双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置,在机架中固定设置有一个第一圆弧热板,机架中固定设置有墙板,墙板上设置有轴套,第一圆弧热板的上方设置有第二圆弧热板,第二圆弧热板通过连接轴与轴套连接,第二圆弧热板与轴套之间设置为转动副,机架中固定设置有气缸,气缸的活塞杆与第二圆弧热板的后端连接。第二圆弧热板将第三层纸板引导到其上侧运行,将第二层纸板和第一层纸板引导到第二圆弧热板与第一圆弧热板之间运行,利用气缸将第二圆弧热板下降并与第二层纸板贴合,使胶水在第一层、第二层和第三层纸板贴合前达到最佳温度,从而在双面机出口端形成高质量的多层纸板,提高了生产运行速度和生产效率,并且简化了设备结构。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及机械领域,尤其涉及瓦楞纸板加工装置,特别是一种双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置。
背景技术:
在瓦楞纸板生产线中, 多层纸板在双面机中利用胶水进行贴合。现有技术中,双面机中设置有一段较长的加热装置,通过对纸板加热来发挥胶水粘结作用。由于该加热装置的长度较大,纸板通过时间长,导致生产运行速度降低,生产效率不理想,同时,结构较大。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置,所述的这种双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置要解决现有技术中双面机的加热装置长度较大、生产运行速度低,生产效率不理想的技术问题。
本实用新型的这种双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置,包括一个机架,其中,所述的机架中固定设置有一个第一圆弧热板,所述的第一圆弧热板包括一个断面呈圆弧状的第一导热板件,所述的第一导热板件中设置有加热装置,机架中固定设置有墙板,所述的墙板上设置有轴套,第一圆弧热板的上方设置有一个第二圆弧热板,所述的第二圆弧热板包括一个断面呈圆弧状的第二导热板件,所述的第二导热板件中设置有加热装置,第二圆弧热板的中部或者前端通过连接轴与所述的轴套连接,第二圆弧热板与轴套之间设置为转动副,机架中固定设置有气缸,所述的气缸的活塞杆通过连杆与第二圆弧热板的后端连接。
进一步的,第一导热板件和第二导热板件设置位于双面机入纸口处。
进一步的,第一导热板件和第二导热板件中各自沿圆弧的延伸方向间隔设置有两个以上数目的加热管道,任意一个所述的加热管道的轴向均平行于第一导热板件和第二导热板件的长度方向,加热管道内设置有加热介质。
进一步的,轴套通过螺栓与墙板连接,轴套中设置有长圆孔,所述的螺栓穿过所述的长圆孔。
进一步的,轴套的下方设置有轴套位置手动微调装置,所述的轴套位置手动微调装置固定设置在机架中。
本实用新型的工作原理是:将第一圆弧热板和第二圆弧热板设置在双面机的入纸端,将第三层纸板引导到第二圆弧热板的上侧运行,将第二层纸板和第一层纸板引导到第二圆弧热板与第一圆弧热板之间运行。双面机正常工作时,利用气缸将第二圆弧热板下降并与第二层纸板贴合,将第二圆弧热板内部的热量迅速传递到第二层纸板上并同时转移到第三层纸板下表面的胶水上,第一圆弧热板将其内部热量通过第一层纸板转移到第二层纸板下方的胶水上,使胶水在第一层纸板、第二层纸板和第三层纸板贴合前就达到能发挥最佳粘结状态的温度,从而第一层纸板、第二层纸板和第三层纸板在正式贴合时产出高质量的多层纸板。轴套下方的手动位置微调装置可微调第二圆弧热板与第二层纸板的贴合程度,以保证第二层纸板能接收最大的热量。当生产低克重纸板或双面机故障时,气缸通过连杆控制第二圆弧热板迅速脱离第二层纸板表面,以防止过强的热量损坏胶水的贴合性能。
本实用新型和已有技术相比较,其效果是积极和明显的。本实用新型在双面机的入纸端设置上下两个圆弧热板,将第三层纸板引导到第二圆弧热板的上侧运行,将第二层纸板和第一层纸板引导到第二圆弧热板与第一圆弧热板之间运行,利用气缸将第二圆弧热板下降并与第二层纸板贴合,使胶水在第一层纸板、第二层纸板和第三层纸板贴合前就达到能发挥最佳粘结状态的温度,从而第一层纸板、第二层纸板和第三层纸板在双面机出口端形成高质量的多层纸板,提高了生产运行速度和生产效率,并且减少了双面机中原有的加热装置,简化了设备结构。

具体实施方式:
实施例1:
如图1和图2所示,本实用新型的双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置,包括一个机架1,其中,所述的机架1中固定设置有一个第一圆弧热板2,所述的第一圆弧热板2包括一个断面呈圆弧状的第一导热板件,所述的第一导热板件中设置有加热装置,机架1中固定设置有墙板3,所述的墙板3上设置有轴套4,第一圆弧热板2的上方设置有一个第二圆弧热板5,所述的第二圆弧热板5包括一个断面呈圆弧状的第二导热板件,所述的第二导热板件中设置有加热装置,第二圆弧热板5的中部或者前端通过连接轴与所述的轴套4连接,第二圆弧热板5与轴套4之间设置为转动副,机架1中固定设置有气缸6,所述的气缸6的活塞杆通过连杆7与第二圆弧热板5的后端连接。
进一步的,第一导热板件设置位置位于双面机入纸口处。
进一步的,第一导热板件和第二导热板件中各自沿圆弧的延伸方向间隔设置有两个以上数目的加热管道,任意一个所述的加热管道的轴向均平行于第一导热板件和第二导热板件的长度方向,加热管道内设置有加热介质。
进一步的,轴套4通过螺栓与墙板3连接,轴套4中设置有长圆孔,所述的螺栓穿过所述的长圆孔。
进一步的,轴套4的下方设置有轴套位置手动微调装置8,所述的轴套位置手动微调装置8固定设置在机架1中。
本实施例的工作原理是:将第一圆弧热板2和第二圆弧热板5设置在双面机9的入纸端,将第三层纸板10引导到第二圆弧热板5的上侧运行,将第二层纸板11和第一层纸板12引导到第二圆弧热板5与第一圆弧热板2之间运行。双面机9正常工作时,利用气缸6将第二圆弧热板5下降并与第二层纸板11贴合,将第二圆弧热板5内部的热量迅速传递到第二层纸板11上并同时转移到第扫层纸板10下表面的胶水上,第一圆弧热板2将其内部热量通过第一层纸板12转移到第二层纸板11下方的胶水上,使胶水在第三层纸板10、第二层纸板11和第一层纸板12贴合前就达到能发挥最佳粘结状态的温度,从而第三层纸板10、第二层纸板11和第一层纸板12在正式贴合时产出高质量的多层纸板13。轴套4下方的手动位置微调装置可微调第二圆弧热板5与第二层纸板11的贴合程度,以保证第二层纸板11能接收最大的热量。当双面机9生产低克重纸板或双面机故障时,气缸6通过连杆7控制第二圆弧热板5迅速脱离第二层纸板11表面,以防止过强的热量损坏胶水的贴合性能。

Claims (5)

1.一种双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置,包括一个机架,其特征在于:所述的机架中固定设置有一个第一圆弧热板,所述的第一圆弧热板包括一个断面呈圆弧状的第一导热板件,所述的第一导热板件中设置有加热装置,机架中固定设置有墙板,所述的墙板上设置有轴套,第一圆弧热板的上方设置有一个第二圆弧热板,所述的第二圆弧热板包括一个断面呈圆弧状的第二导热板件,所述的第二导热板件中设置有加热装置,第二圆弧热板的中部或者前端通过连接轴与所述的轴套连接,第二圆弧热板与轴套之间设置为转动副,机架中固定设置有气缸,所述的气缸的活塞杆通过连杆与第二圆弧热板的后端连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置,其特征在于:第一导热板件和第二导热板件设置位于双面机入纸口处。
3.如权利要求1所述的双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置,其特征在于:第一导热板件和第二导热板件中各自沿圆弧的延伸方向间隔设置有两个以上数目的加热管道,任意一个所述的加热管道的轴向均平行于第一导热板件和第二导热板件的长度方向,加热管道内设置有加热介质。
4.如权利要求1所述的双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置,其特征在于:轴套通过螺栓与墙板连接,轴套中设置有长圆孔,所述的螺栓穿过所述的长圆孔。
5.如权利要求1所述的双面机前置双重圆弧热板加热装置,其特征在于:轴套的下方设置有轴套位置手动微调装置,所述的轴套位置手动微调装置固定设置在机架中。
