Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种即热式饮水机水汽分离盒,包括水汽分离盒盒体及设置在盒体上开口的盒盖,所述盒体上端侧壁开设有进水管,其特征在于:所述进水口出水端后侧设置有第一档片以使水、蒸汽流向盒体下端,位于第一档片后侧的盒体下端设置有将水直接排出的出水管及将蒸汽向上引流的第二挡片,所述出水管外周设置有将蒸汽排出且与出水管相互独立的出汽管,所述出汽管的进汽高度位于出水管进水高度上方,其解决即热式加热系统的蒸汽和热水排放处理的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种即热式饮水机水汽分离盒。
背景技术
目前市场上现有的即热式饮水机产品水汽分离结构有两类:一类是水汽分离盒与出水端分体, 水汽分离盒设有排汽管路,水汽处理后再连接出水端;另一类是将水汽分离盒与出水端为一整体,在顶部或侧面设有排汽管路。这两类都设置有排汽管路,通过排汽管路排除蒸汽或回收蒸汽,该结构存在管路连接复杂和易出现接头泄漏隐患。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种即热式饮水机水汽分离盒。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种即热式饮水机水汽分离盒,包括水汽分离盒盒体及设置在盒体上开口的盒盖,所述盒体上端侧壁开设有进水管,所述进水口出水端后侧设置有第一档片以使水、蒸汽流向盒体下端,位于第一档片后侧的盒体下端设置有将水直接排出的出水管及将蒸汽向上引流的第二挡片,所述出水管外周设置有将蒸汽排出且与出水管相互独立的出汽管,所述排汽管的进汽高度位于出水管进水高度上方。
进一步的,所述第一档片设置在盒盖上。
进一步的,所述盒体设置有热水进水管、常温水进水管。
本实用新型中与现有技术相比的优点为:1、将蒸汽直接从出水口排出,去除排汽管路,管路精简;2、常温水和热水分开,杜绝即热式饮水机取热水后再取常温水时温度过高问题。

具体实施方式
为让本实用新型的上述特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举实施例,并配合附图,作详细说明如下:
一种即热式饮水机水汽分离盒,包括水汽分离盒盒体1及设置在盒体上开口的盒盖2,所述盒体上端侧壁开设有进水管3,所述进水口出水端后侧设置有第一档片4以使水、蒸汽流向盒体下端,位于第一档片后侧的盒体下端设置有将水直接排出的出水管5及将蒸汽向上引流的第二挡片6,所述出水管外周设置有将蒸汽排出且与出水管相互独立的出汽管7,所述出汽管的进汽高度位于出水管进水高度上方,其可以将水、蒸汽分开,蒸汽向上流,从出汽管出去。
所述第一档片设置在盒盖上。
所述盒体设置有常温水进水管31和热水进水管32、出水管和出汽管。其一、两个进水管出水端后侧分别设有挡水片;其二出水管是在出汽管中间出去,与蒸汽是分开的。蒸汽出口比出水口位置高,底部出水,顶部排蒸汽。
出热水时,由于蒸汽比水轻,所以是浮在水的上部,当底下出水管的管路被水封闭后,分离盒内部压力饱和平衡后,蒸汽只能通过出汽管排出。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所做的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本实用新型的涵盖范围。

1.一种即热式饮水机水汽分离盒,包括水汽分离盒盒体及设置在盒体上开口的盒盖,所述盒体上端侧壁开设有进水管,其特征在于:所述进水口出水端后侧设置有第一档片以使水、蒸汽流向盒体下端,位于第一档片后侧的盒体下端设置有将水直接流出的出水管及将蒸汽向上引流的第二挡片,所述出水管外周设置有将蒸汽排出且与出水管相互独立的出汽管,所述出汽管的进汽高度位于出水管进水高度上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的即热式饮水机水汽分离盒,其特征在于:所述第一档片设置在盒盖上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的即热式饮水机水汽分离盒,其特征在于:所述盒体设置有常温水进水管、热水进水管。
