技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于空气预热技术领域,尤其涉及一种再生式空气预热器密封回收节能系统。
背景技术
[0002] 空气预热器是布置在锅炉尾部体积尺寸和重量都很大的旋转的热交换设备。由于设备进行旋转,所以装有蓄热元件的转子和上下扇形板、固定外壳之间应该留有一定必需的间隙。预热器是换热设备,投运后,受烟气加热,转子发生热变形,预留间隙也随之变化,预热器运转时,热端和冷端有很大的温差,而且这温差随锅炉负荷变化而变化的。因此,转子的变形也是随温度高低、温差大小而变化。换言之,间隙也在发生变化。锅炉机组烟风系统正常运行要求,由送风机送给预热器的冷空气压头必须高于引风机抽出的排烟气体的压头,那么在空气预热器中,空气与烟气之间必然存在压差。有间隙,有压差,这就是再生式空气预热器漏风存在的必然原因。现有的空气预热装置均采用多重密封装置,但是此方法随着使用时间的加长,无法持续维持密封状态,然而空气预热装置设备很大,这样对维修人员造成极大待测困难。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型要解决的问题是现有的空气预热装置中采用多重密封存在密封间隙,产生压差有压差,导致空气预热器漏风。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供如下方案:再生式空气预热器密封回收节能系统,包括外壳、转子、径向密封组件、上扇形板、下扇形板和纵向的圆弧面板,外壳内部安装转子、上扇形板、下扇形板和圆弧板,还包括再次回收装置和自动控制装置;所述上扇形板和下扇形板的内部设有导流板。圆弧板下端面设有隔板;转子与外壳之间形成第一密封气室,扇形板与径向密封组件形成第二密封气室;再次回收装置包括回收风机和与第一密封气室和第二密封气室分别连通的风管;自动控制装置包括中央控制器、气压测量仪表、信号接收模块和传输模块,信号接收模块安装在中央控制器上,气压测量仪表安装在转子自带的空气进口、空气出口处、第一密封气室和第二密封气室,气压测量仪表连接传输模块,传输模块连接中央控制器上的信号接收模块。利用上述技术方案,扇形板和径向密封之间形成第二密封气室,转子与外壳之间形成第一密封气室。在扇形板和壳体板内,通过回收风机抽取第一密封气室和第二密封气室中的泄漏风,并通过风管,把抽取的泄漏风送回到预热器空气入口处进行再加热。加热后的泄漏风,再度送入锅炉助燃。同时此动作过程通过自动控制装置指挥完成,安装在转子自带的空气进口、空气出口处、第一密封气室和第二密封气室的气压测量仪表监测气压并将实时气压通过传输模块传输至中央控制器,中央控制器上的信号接收模块接收气压信号,并通过中央控制器中内置的编程进行分析,超出预设气压,便对密封气室内的气压进行抽取。本发明对空气预热器中的空气及时进行抽取,消除压差,避免了整个空气预热器的漏风现象,保证其内部正常运转。

具体实施方式
[0012] 如图1、2、3所示:再生式空气预热器密封回收节能系统,包括外壳1、转子2、径向密封组件3、上扇形板4、下扇形板5和纵向的圆弧面板6,外壳I内部安装转子2、上扇形板4、下扇形板5和圆弧板6,还包括再次回收装置和自动控制装置;所述上扇形板4和下扇形板5的内部设有导流板7。圆弧板6下端面设有隔板8 ;转子2与外壳I之间形成第一密封气室9,扇形板与径向密封组件3形成第二密封气室10 ;再次回收装置包括回收风机17和与第一密封气室9和第二密封气室10分别连通的风管18 ;自动控制装置包括中央控制器11、气压测量仪表12、信号接收模块13和传输模块14,信号接收模块13安装在中央控制器11上,气压测量仪表12安装在转子2自带的空气进口 15、空气出口 16处、第一密封气室9和第二密封气室10,气压测量仪表12连接传输模块14,传输模块连接14中央控制器11上的信号接收模块13。
[0013] 工作时,扇形板和径向密封组件3之间形成第二密封气室10,转子2与外壳I之间形成第一密封气室9。在扇形板和壳体I板内,通过回收风机17抽取第一密封气室9和第二密封气室10中的泄漏风,并通过风管18,把抽取的泄漏风送回到预热器空气入口 15处进行再加热。加热后的泄漏风,再度送入锅炉助燃。同时此动作过程通过自动控制装置指挥完成,安装在转子2自带的空气进口 15、空气出口 16处、第一密封气室9和第二密封气室10的气压测量仪表12监测气压并将实时气压通过传输模块14传输至中央控制器11,中央控制器11上的信号接收模块13接收气压信号,并通过中央控制器11中内置的编程进行分析,超出预设气压,便对密封气室内的气压进行抽取。本发明对空气预热器中的空气及时进行抽取,消除压差,避免了整个空气预热器的漏风现象,保证其内部正常运转。
