[0003] 井筒防冻耗热是煤矿耗热大户,耗热量一般占到煤矿总热负荷的50%左右。目前大 多煤矿的供热采暖方式主要依赖燃煤锅炉,由于锅炉的政策性关停,如何解决井筒防冻等 一些生产场所的采暖问题迫在眉睫。目前燃煤锅炉时代的替代供热方式主要有:区域集中 供热、燃气锅炉、电锅炉、热栗技术等;但在实际应用中还存在有较多问题,如投资大、供热 量不足、节能效果不好等缺点。因此研宄开发新型井筒防冻加热设备,达到高效、快速、节 能、环保的供热目的,具有很大的社会意义和经济意义。

[0016] —种井口防冻的远红外加热装置,如图所示,包括加热箱〖和鼓风机2,还包括与所 述加热箱1和鼓风机2相连接的智能控制柜3;所述的鼓风机2为离心式鼓风机,其出风口与 加热箱1的进风口相连接。所述的加热箱1内固定有15组加热模块4,每组加热模块4包括18 只加热元件5,所述的加热元件5为直径12mm、长600mm的红外辐射碳纤维丝,额定功率为 1.3KW;加热模块4通过滑槽和柔性不锈钢固定件固定于加热箱1的铝合金框架上,方便出现 故障时的拆卸和更换。铝合金框架外使用氧化铝隔热层,保证最大限度减少热能流失,采用 1 • 5mm不锈钢制作外壳,保证加热箱1的坚固耐用。所述的加热箱1的出风口连接有热风管路 13,热风管路I3外侧包覆有橡胶保温材料层,橡胶保温材料层的外侧包覆有铝皮保护层,减 少热风在运输的途中的热能流失。所述的热风管路13通往朝向井口 15的出风口,所述的井 口 15处设有温控传感器14,所述的出风口为4个;热风管路13的分支通向控制室、办公室等 地点,提高加热装置的利用率。

[0019]加热装置的整体控制方式为:井口安装温控传感器14,采集温度信息传送到温控 模块,通过触摸屏12提前设定好温度,PLC控制器10根据采集回来的温度信息调节可控硅调 压控制器9的输出电压,从而增加或降低加热兀件5的输出功率,进而增加或降低热风温度。 当井口 15温度到达设定,度时,系统自动降低加热元件5的电压使热风温度降低;当温度低 于设定值时系统自动提高加热元件5电压使热风温度上升,通过系统PID的自动调节可实现 井口 15温度始终处在设定的温度范围内。加热箱1内加装温控传感器14,实时监视箱内温 度,当箱内温度高于设定报警温度时,触摸屏12和远控端将显示报警内容,系统会自动降低 加热元件5的电压,使炉内温度降低,防止由于炉内温度过高降低加热元件5的使用寿命。 [0020]红外集成电加热设备采用电力作为能源,通过高效电热转换,其运行费用大大低 于电锅炉和燃气锅炉。本装置不仅效率高、节能,且无污染,智能控制用人少,具有良好的环 境效益和社会效益。

1. 一种井口防冻的远红外加热装置,其特征在于:包括加热箱和鼓风机,还包括与所述 加热箱和鼓风机相连接的智能控制柜;所述的鼓风机的出风口与加热箱的进风口相连接; 所述的加热箱内固定有若干加热模块,所述的加热模块上设有加热元件,所述的加热元件 在加热箱内交错排布;所述的加热箱的进风口处设有分风器。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种井口防冻的远红外加热装置,其特征在于:所述的加热模 块为15组,固定于加热箱的铝合金框架上,每组加热模块包含有18只加热元件,所述的加热 元件为直径12mm、长600mm的红外辐射碳纤维丝;所述加热元件顶端设有接线端子,接线端 子上连接有电线,电线通过线槽连接到外部;所述的加热箱内部还设有温控传感器。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种井口防冻的远红外加热装置,其特征在于:所述的分风器 由多组水平的不锈钢风刀组成,所述的风刀通过一侧的方向杆连接,所述的方向杆顶部配 有重锤。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种井口防冻的远红外加热装置,其特征在于:所述的智能控 制柜内设有可控硅调压控制器,PLC控制器,鼓风机变频调速装置,柜子的外侧还设有SSR调 节电压控制触屏。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种井口防冻的远红外加热装置,其特征在于:所述的加热箱 的出风口连接有热风管路,热风管路外侧包覆有橡胶保温材料层,橡胶保温材料层的外侧 包覆有铝皮保护层。
6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种井口防冻的远红外加热装置,其特征在于:所述的热风管 路通往朝向井口的出风口,所述的出风口为4个;所述的井口处设有温控传感器。
