本实用装置适用于以悬链机构为输送载体，用于清洗领域，方便自动上下料的新型装置。
背景技术
当前采用悬链作为输送载体的清洗设备相当普遍，而上下料多数采用人工作业，耗时费力，效率低，难以满足生产节拍要求。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种悬链自动上下料装置，解决悬链清洗机上下料不便的问题。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案来实现：
一种悬链自动上下料装置，其特征在于，包括悬链机构、吊钩、工件料框、升降小车和小车轨道。其中，悬链机构由悬链轨道、挂轮及链条、驱动装置和张紧装置等组成，由变频电机驱动循环。采用自动升降小车可将料框自动托起和降下。悬链吊钩间距均匀，即上下料位置始终不变。当悬链悬吊的吊钩到达上料位时，小车将料框自动托起，被吊钩挂起后，小车随而下降。当悬链悬挂的料框到达下料位时，小车将悬挂的料框自动托起，吊钩过后，小车自动降下。
本实用新型的有益效果为：采用自动上下料装置能够快捷有效的上下料，提高工作效率和减少人工操作时间及工作量。

具体实施方式
一种悬链自动上下料装置，其特征在于，包括悬链机构(1)、吊钩（2）、工件料框（3）、升降小车（4）和小车轨道（5）。其中，悬链机构由悬链轨道（6）、挂轮（7）及链条（8）、驱动装置（9）和张紧装置（11）等组成，由变频电机（10）驱动循环。
如图1所示：悬链机构（1），其特点是链条采用变频调速电机驱动，带动分布等距的吊钩（2）以合适的速度匀速行进。升降小车（4）在升降机的作用下将工件料框（3）托举到合适位置，吊钩（2）行进到上料位置时，升降小车（4）下降，工件料框（3）被吊挂在吊钩（2）上继续前行。小车随即下降到设定位置，沿小车轨道（5）运行到被洗工件处进行下一工件料框（3）的吊挂准备。当由悬链带动的工件料框（3）到达下料位时，升降小车（4）自动升起，将工件料框（3）脱离吊钩（2），待吊离开原位置时，小车自动下降至设定位置，并沿小车轨道运行到工件被用处待用。

1.一种悬链自动上下料装置，其特征在于，包括悬链机构、吊钩、工件料框、升降小车和小车轨道，悬链机构是由悬链轨道、挂轮及链条、驱动装置和张紧装置等组成，由变频电机驱动循环，吊钩均匀分布在悬链上，能够自动方便挂钩及摘钩，升降小车在小车轨道上行走，并且能够自动升降，对工件料框升降为合理高度，方便挂摘钩及上下料。
