本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种轮边二级减速器,包括输入齿轮轴,中间轴,端盖一,中间轴被动齿轮,中间轴主动齿轮,端盖二,输出轴齿轮,端盖三,输出轴,壳体,制动器安装架,减速器固定螺孔,输入轴瓦,中间轴瓦,输出轴瓦;
输入齿轮轴通过轴承安装在输入轴瓦上;中间轴通过轴承安装在中间轴瓦上,端盖一、端盖二安装在中间轴两端的壳体上;输出轴通过轴承安装在输出轴瓦上;
中间轴被动齿轮和中间轴主动齿轮通过键安装在中间轴上,输入齿轮轴上的齿轮与中间轴被动齿轮啮合,输出轴齿轮通过键安装在输出轴上,中间轴主动齿轮与输出轴齿轮啮合;端盖三安装在输出轴封闭端的壳体上,壳体通过端盖周围的减速器固定螺孔固定在相应的支架上;
制动器安装支架在壳体上,制动器安装支架在输入轴瓦上,位置由制动器的尺寸确定;
输入轴瓦、中间轴瓦圆心的连线与输出轴瓦、中间轴瓦的连线成一定的夹角;

具体实施方式
变速箱驱动输入齿轮轴1,输入齿轮轴1通过上面的齿轮将动力传给中间轴3,中间轴3通过中间轴主动齿轮6和输出轴齿轮8将动力传给输出轴10。中间轴3是花键轴,传递动力的能力更强,中间轴3不在输入齿轮轴1和输出轴10所组成的平面内,这样,整个减速器机构紧凑、重量轻。

1.一种轮边二级减速器,包括输入齿轮轴,中间轴,端盖一,中间轴被动齿轮,中间轴主动齿轮,端盖二,输出轴齿轮,端盖三,输出轴,壳体,制动器安装架,减速器固定螺孔,输入轴瓦,中间轴瓦,输出轴瓦;输入齿轮轴通过轴承安装在输入轴瓦上;中间轴通过轴承安装在中间轴瓦上,端盖一、端盖二安装在中间轴两端的壳体上;输出轴通过轴承安装在输出轴瓦上;输入轴瓦、中间轴瓦圆心的连线与输出轴瓦、中间轴瓦的连线成一定的夹角。
