本实用新型提供一种以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系装置,属冶金节能新技术领域。其主要由太阳能电能复合热源高位槽、耐酸疏运管道、铜电解槽和太阳能电能复合热源低位槽组成,太阳能电能复合热源高位槽和低位槽由真空集热管、钛管加热器、钛管加热程序控制柜、保温液箱、支架、连接管道等组成,热电偶置于电解槽中,所有管道及液箱内壁均衬有防酸腐材料(如有机玻璃、PVC或聚四氟乙烯),高位槽和低位槽均置于室外,容积为所有铜电解槽容积的1/10-1/5,铜电解槽置于室内。装置工作过程中,通过太阳能和电能对电解液进行复合加热,充分利用太阳能的清洁性和可再生性,并借助程序控温装置,保证电解液温度稳定的同时节能效果显著,推广前景良好。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系装置,属于冶金新技术领域。
背景技术
铜是国民经济发展中应用最为广泛的重要基础原材料之一,但长期以来,我国铜资源生产不能满足国内消费需求,供需缺口较大,从而约束了铜产业链的协调发展,需要通过国际市场加以平衡。为了确保国民经济发展对铜产品的消费需要,保障铜资源长期稳定安全供应,进一步夯实铜产业链协调发展的资源基础,加强对再生铜资源的有效利用必不可少。中国铜供给由两个部分组成,一部分是新产铜精矿供应,这部分占铜总供给量的68.3%,另一部分来自再生铜占31.7%。随着未来各行业用铜量的不断增加,再生铜产业的比重还会逐步上升。但是,中国再生铜循环利用的水平与国外相比有很大的差距,突出表现在产业集中度低、技术装备水平落后、综合能耗高、污染物排放严重、资源有效利用率低等。目前关于再生铜的资源化利用,一般需先将废杂铜精炼成阳极铜,然后电解成阴极铜再进行加工。该工艺流程较传统阴极铜冶炼工序少了火法炼铜部分,电解过程中无余热蒸汽提供热源对电解液进行加热,电解液加热需额外附加热源,如置入钛管电加热器、增建余热锅炉等,能耗及生产成本增高。
基于太阳能的清洁和可再生性,本实用新型借鉴太阳能热水器光热转化的工作原理,提出了一种以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电 解铜体系的装置,有效降低了再生铜资源的电解工序能耗,且操作简单,工业推广应用前景良好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为再生铜资源的低能耗电解循环利用提供一种以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系的装置。
上述目的的实现过程为:一种以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系装置由太阳能电能复合热源高位槽、耐酸疏运管道、铜电解槽和太阳能电能复合热源低位槽组成,太阳能电能复合热源高位槽和低位槽由真空集热管、钛管加热器、钛管加热程序控制柜、保温液箱、支架、连接管道等组成,热电偶置于电解槽中,所有管道及液箱内壁均衬有防酸腐材料(如有机玻璃、PVC或聚四氟乙烯等),高位槽和低位槽均置于室外,容积为所有铜电解槽容积之和的1/10-1/5,减少过程中电解液挥发损失,铜电解槽置于室内。具体实施过程为:各设备安装完毕后,铜电解槽和太阳能电能复合热源低位槽加满硫酸铜母液,并通过耐酸泵将电解液由低位槽输送到高位槽,高位槽通过耐酸管道进入电解槽形成电解液闭路循环。太阳能作用下,电解液开始升温,但由于过程中电解液循环速度较快,升温速度较慢,5-6小时后,开启钛管加热器对电解液进行太阳能和电能复合加热,钛管发热功率由置于电解槽中热电偶显示温度通过钛管加热程序控制柜进行自动控制,工艺中使电解液温度稳定在55-65℃之间。

具体实施方式
以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系装置由太阳能电能复合热源高位槽、耐酸疏运管道、铜电解槽和太阳能电能复合热源低位槽组成,太阳能电能复合热源高位槽和低位槽由真空集热管、钛管U型加热器、钛管加热程序控制柜、保温液箱、支架、连接管道等组成,热电偶置于电解槽中,所有管道及液箱内壁均衬有聚四氟乙烯防酸腐材料,高位槽和低位槽均置于室外,容积均为所有铜电解槽容积之和的1/10,铜电解槽置于室内。各设备安装完毕后,铜电解槽和太阳能电能复合热源低位槽加满硫酸铜母液,并通过耐酸泵将电解液由低位槽输送到高位槽,高位槽通过耐酸管道进入电解槽形成电解液闭路循环。太阳能作用下,电解液开始升温,但由于过程中电解液循环速度较快,升温速度较慢,6小时后,开启钛管加热器对电解液进行太阳能和电能复合加热,钛管发热功率由置于电解槽中热电偶显示温度通过钛管加热程序控制柜进行自动控制,工艺中使电解液温度稳定在60℃左右。

1.一种以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系装置,特征在于其由太阳能电能复合热源高位槽、耐酸疏运管道、铜电解槽和太阳能电能复合热源低位槽组成,其中太阳能电能复合热源高位槽通过耐酸疏运管道与铜电解槽连接,铜电解槽通过耐酸疏运管道进一步与太阳能电能复合热源低位槽连接,最后电解液通过耐酸疏运管道由太阳能电能复合热源低位槽流入至太阳能电能复合热源高位槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系装置,其特征在于太阳能电能复合热源高位槽和低位槽由真空集热管、钛管加热器、钛管加热程序控制柜、保温液箱、支架、连接管道组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系装置,其特征在于系统中所有管道及液箱内壁均衬有防酸腐材料,且高位槽和低位槽置于室外,容积为所有铜电解槽容积之和的1/10-1/5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系装置,其特征在于管道及液箱内壁所衬有防酸腐材料为有机玻璃、PVC或聚四氟乙烯。
5.根据权利要求1所述的以太阳能和电能为复合热源的湿法电解铜体系装置,其特征在于热电偶置于电解槽中,且铜电解槽置于室内。
