本发明涉及磷化设备，特别涉及一种刹车盘生产用清洗磷化一体机。
背景技术
刹车盘生产过程中涉及到清洗及磷化，现有技术刹车盘生产车间中清洗机与磷化机是两个不关联的设备，且放置在车间的不同位置，清洗与磷化之间需要人工运送刹车盘，费时费力。
且现有技术中，刹车盘生产车间中的磷化机由磷化槽以及磷化槽控制器组成，对刹车盘进行磷化处理时，需要将刹车盘人工搬运至磷化槽，费时费力。
发明内容
为了弥补以上不足，本发明提供了一种刹车盘生产用清洗磷化一体机。
本发明的技术方案为：
一种刹车盘生产用清洗磷化一体机，包括清洗机60和磷化机，所述磷化机包括磷化槽30、清洗槽40、与磷化槽30电连接的磷化槽控制器31；所述清洗机60、磷化槽30、清洗槽40的上方通过机架架设轨道10；轨道10上传动设置传动链20，传动链20上固定设置若干用于固定刹车盘22的固定件21。
优选的，所述固定件21与传动链20铰接。固定件21与传动链20铰接，当刹车盘22固定在固定件21上后保持竖直，重心平衡。
优选的，所述轨道10为弯折型封闭轨道，由清洗机50上方经弯折延伸至磷化槽30和清洗槽40的上方，然后继续延伸闭合。轨道设置为弯折型，节省作业空间。轨道10为弯折型封闭轨道是基于流水生产需求而设置，轨道10越长，一次性磷化刹车盘数目越多。
进一步的，所述轨道10弯折处呈弧形。弯折处呈弧形，减少运送阻力。
作为优选方案，所述固定件21上设置用于钩挂刹车盘的挂钩。在固定件21上设置挂钩，直接将刹车盘固定挂在挂钩上即可，操作方便。
作为优选，所述清洗机50与磷化槽30之间的轨道10上固定设置鼓风机60。刹车盘在清洗机50后被运送至磷化槽30之前被鼓风机吹干，保证较佳的磷化效果。
传动链20与轨道10传动连接，传动链20由电机提供动力。使用本发明的清洗磷化一体机前，将刹车盘22挂设在固定件21上，开启电机，传动链20开始传动，刹车盘22随传动链20运动，刹车盘22先被传送至清洗机50的上方，在运送过程中完成清洗机50的清洗，刹车盘22经过清洗机50后继续被传送，传送过程中被鼓风机60吹干，接着进一步被传送至磷化槽30的上方，在传送过程中完成磷化过程，最后刹车盘22被运送至清洗槽40，完成清洗过程，将刹车盘22由固定件21取下进入下一工序。
本发明的有益效果为：
本发明的刹车盘生产用清洗磷化一体机，刹车盘22在被运送的过程中完成清洗与磷化，省时省力，提高了生产效率，同时节约了人工成本。其结构简单，设计巧妙，成本低，易于推广使用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1、图2所示，刹车盘生产用清洗磷化一体机，包括清洗机60和磷化机，磷化机包括并排设置的磷化槽30和清洗槽40，磷化槽30电连接磷化槽控制器31，磷化槽控制器31用于控制磷化槽30。
清洗机60、磷化槽30、清洗槽40的上方通过机架架设轨道10；轨道10为弯折型封闭轨道，由清洗机50上方经弯折延伸至磷化槽30和清洗槽40的上方，然后继续延伸闭合。且轨道10每个弯折处均呈弧形。
为了进一步改善磷化效果，在清洗机50与磷化槽30之间的轨道10上固定设置鼓风机60。
轨道10上传动设置传动链20，传动链20上铰接设置若干用于固定刹车盘22的固定件21。为了便于固定刹车盘22，如图3所示，固定件21上设置挂钩，直接将刹车盘22挂在固定件21上即可。
传动链20与轨道10传动连接，传动链20由电机提供动力。使用本发明的清洗磷化一体机前，将刹车盘22挂设在固定件21上，开启电机，传动链20开始传动，刹车盘22随传动链20运动，刹车盘22先被传送至清洗机50的上方，在运送过程中完成清洗机50的清洗，刹车盘22经过清洗机50后继续被传送，传送过程中被鼓风机60吹干，接着进一步被传送至磷化槽30的上方，在传送过程中完成磷化过程，最后刹车盘22被运送至清洗槽40，完成清洗过程，将刹车盘22由固定件21取下进入下一工序。

1.一种刹车盘生产用清洗磷化一体机，其特征在于：包括清洗机（60）和磷化机，所述磷化机包括磷化槽（30）、清洗槽（40）、与磷化槽（30）电连接的磷化槽控制器（31）；所述清洗机（60）、磷化槽（30）、清洗槽（40）的上方通过机架架设轨道（10）；轨道（10）上传动设置传动链（20），传动链（20）上固定设置若干用于固定刹车盘（22）的固定件（21）。
2.如权利要求1所述的刹车盘生产用清洗磷化一体机，其特征在于：所述固定件（21）与传动链（20）铰接。
3.如权利要求1所述的刹车盘生产用清洗磷化一体机，其特征在于：所述轨道（10）为弯折型封闭轨道，由清洗机（50）上方经弯折延伸至磷化槽（30）和清洗槽（40）的上方，然后继续延伸闭合。
