本发明涉及磷化设备，特别涉及一种刹车盘生产用磷化机。
背景技术
磷化（phosphorization）是一种化学与电化学反应形成磷酸盐化学转化膜的过程，所形成的磷酸盐转化膜称之为磷化膜。磷化的目的主要是：给基体金属提供保护，在一定程度上防止金属被腐蚀；用于涂漆前打底，提高漆膜层的附着力与防腐蚀能力；在金属冷加工工艺中起减摩润滑使用。
现有技术中，刹车盘生产车间中的磷化机由磷化槽以及磷化槽控制器组成，对刹车盘进行磷化处理时，需要将刹车盘人工搬运至磷化槽，费时费力。
发明内容
为了弥补以上不足，本发明提供了一种刹车盘生产用磷化机。
本发明的技术方案为：
一种刹车盘生产用磷化机，包括磷化槽30、清洗槽40、与磷化槽30电连接的磷化槽控制器31，还包括轨道10，轨道10位于磷化槽30和清洗槽40的上方并向磷化槽30和清洗槽40的两侧延伸；轨道10上传动设置传动链20，传动链20上固定设置若干用于固定刹车盘22的固定件21。
优选的，所述固定件21与传动链20铰接。固定件21与传动链20铰接，当刹车盘22固定在固定件21上后保持竖直，重心平衡。
优选的，所述轨道10为弯折型轨道。轨道设置为弯折型，节省作业空间。
进一步的，所述轨道10弯折处呈弧形。弯折处呈弧形，减少运送阻力。
优选的，所述固定件21上设置用于钩挂刹车盘的挂钩。在固定件21上设置挂钩，直接将刹车盘固定在挂钩上即可，操作方便。
轨道10通过机架架设在磷化槽30和清洗槽40的上方，并向磷化槽30和清洗槽40的两侧延伸；轨道10之所以向磷化槽30和清洗槽40的两侧延伸，是基于流水生产需求而设置，轨道10越长，一次性磷化刹车盘数目越多。
传动链20与轨道10传动连接，传动链20由电机提供动力。磷化前，将刹车盘22挂设在固定件21上，开启电机，传动链20开始传动，刹车盘20随传动链20运动，刹车盘22先被传送至磷化槽30的上方，在传送过程中完成磷化过程，接着刹车盘22被运送至清洗槽40，完成清洗过程。
本发明的有益效果为：
本发明的刹车盘生产用磷化机，刹车盘22在被运送的过程中完成磷化与清洗，省时省力，提高了生产效率，同时节约了人工成本。其结构简单，设计巧妙，成本低，易于推广使用。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1、图2所示，本发明的刹车盘生产用磷化机包括并排设置的磷化槽30和清洗槽40，磷化槽30电连接磷化槽控制器31，磷化槽控制器31用于控制磷化槽30。
轨道10通过机架架设于磷化槽30和清洗槽40的正上方，且轨道10向磷化槽30和清洗槽40的两侧延伸，整个轨道10呈弯折型轨道，且每个弯折处均呈弧形。
轨道10上传动设置传动链20，传动链20上铰接设置若干用于将刹车盘22固定在传动链20上的固定件21，为了便于固定刹车盘22，如图3所示，固定件21上设置挂钩，直接将刹车盘22挂在固定件21上即可。
传动链20与轨道10传动连接，传动链20由电机提供动力。磷化前，将刹车盘22挂设在固定件21上，开启电机，传动链20开始传动，刹车盘22随传动链20运动，刹车盘22先被传送至磷化槽30的上方，在传送过程中完成磷化过程，接着刹车盘22被运送至清洗槽40，完成清洗过程。

1.一种刹车盘生产用磷化机，包括磷化槽（30）、清洗槽（40）、与磷化槽（30）电连接的磷化槽控制器（31），其特征在于：还包括轨道（10），轨道（10）位于磷化槽（30）和清洗槽（40）的上方并向磷化槽（30）和清洗槽（40）的两侧延伸；轨道（10）上传动设置传动链（20），传动链（20）上固定设置若干用于固定刹车盘（22）的固定件（21）。
