本实用新型涉及对液体发酵罐的改进。
背景技术
液体菌种与固体菌种相比具有接种方便快捷，菌龄一致性好，生长速度快以及培植成本低廉的优势。其在菌种工厂化以及规模化生产当中逐步取得广泛的使用，但目前工厂中液体发酵罐大都采用电热管在罐体底部对培养基进行灭菌，灭菌可靠性差，造成污染，同时，在发酵过程中，温湿度测量不可靠。因此，需要对发酵罐进行改进，使之适应新的生产需要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对以上问题，提供了一种结构简单，可靠杀菌，操作可靠的新型液体发酵罐。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括罐体，所述罐体的顶部设有加料口、底部设有放料口；
还包括U形管，所述U形管设在所述罐体内，所述U形管的两端口设在罐体的外部、且分别连接热源或冷源；
所述罐体的中部设有搅拌机构，所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴和设在所述搅拌轴上的若干搅拌叶片，所述搅拌轴垂直设在所述罐体内，所述搅拌轴伸出所述罐体、且连接搅拌电机，所述搅拌轴位于所述U形管的中间，所述搅拌叶片上设有温湿度传感器；
所述罐体的外部设有空心管，所述空心管的进口位于罐体的下部、出口位于罐体的上部。
所述热源为热水或蒸气，所述冷源为冷水或冷气。
所述空心管呈环状或螺旋状设在所述罐体的外部。
本实用新型在罐体内设置U形管，便于通过温湿度传感器反应的参数，进行控制U形管加热或降温（即通入热空气或冷空气），在加热的同时，能够实现杀菌的效果；罐体在发酵过程中，有效的可控温、湿度，便于杀菌。

具体实施方式
本实用新型如图1所示，包括罐体1，所述罐体1的顶部设有加料口2、底部设有放料口3；
还包括U形管6，所述U形管6设在所述罐体1内，所述U形管6的两端口设在罐体的外部、且分别连接热源或冷源；设置U形管，提高接触面积，便于安装和拆卸，提高工作的可靠性。
所述罐体1的中部设有搅拌机构4，所述搅拌机构4包括搅拌轴41和设在所述搅拌轴41上的若干搅拌叶片42，所述搅拌轴41垂直设在所述罐体1内，所述搅拌轴41伸出所述罐体1、且连接搅拌电机43，所述搅拌轴41位于所述U形管6的中间，所述搅拌叶片42上设有温湿度传感器8，均布设置，便于检测罐体内不同位置物料7的温度和湿度；
所述罐体1的外部设有空心管5，所述空心管5的进口51位于罐体的下部、出口52位于罐体的上部；空心管在工作中，可充入热源或冷源，配合U形管同步工作。
所述热源为热水或蒸气，所述冷源为冷水或冷气，便于对罐体内的物料在温湿度传感器的指示下，进行加热或降温，加热同时杀菌。
所述空心管5呈环状或螺旋状设在所述罐体的外部，设置空心管可形成保温层，保证了罐体内的温度。

1.新型液体发酵罐，包括罐体，所述罐体的顶部设有加料口、底部设有放料口；其特征在于，
还包括U形管，所述U形管设在所述罐体内，所述U形管的两端口设在罐体的外部、且分别连接热源或冷源；
所述罐体的中部设有搅拌机构，所述搅拌机构包括搅拌轴和设在所述搅拌轴上的若干搅拌叶片，所述搅拌轴垂直设在所述罐体内，所述搅拌轴伸出所述罐体、且连接搅拌电机，所述搅拌轴位于所述U形管的中间，所述搅拌叶片上设有温湿度传感器；
所述罐体的外部设有空心管，所述空心管的进口位于罐体的下部、出口位于罐体的上部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型液体发酵罐，其特征在于，所述热源为热水或蒸气，所述冷源为冷水或冷气。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型液体发酵罐，其特征在于，所述空心管呈环状或螺旋状设在所述罐体的外部。
