Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种上料机，涉及机械设备领域。本实用新型的上料机簸箕通过设置在其两侧面的振动连筒与储料箱连接，具体的，振动连筒竖直设置并固定在簸箕上，振动连筒内设置连杆，连杆由振动连筒的顶部穿出挂设在固定环上。该设置是为了使得簸箕在振动电机的作用下振动且使得簸箕与储料箱连接。振动电机振动簸箕，储料箱中的料落入簸箕进而由簸箕快速将料转移至所需位置，提高的生产效率。本实用新型结构简单，设计巧妙，应用灵活，上料便捷，可以节省上料的劳动时间和劳动成本，适于推广使用。

背景技术
在生产中，常有粉末状或颗粒状物质如铁屑的加料人为操作一方面费时费力，生产效率低且耗费大量的人工成本；另一方面粉末状物体对人的肺部危害较大，长期作业严重影响身体健康。
发明内容
为了弥补以上不足，本发明提供了一种上料机。
本发明的技术方案为：
一种上料机，包括机架4，机架4上固定设置棱锥型储料箱1，所述储料箱1上固定设置若干固定块2，各所述固定块2上固定设置固定环3；储料箱1的出料口10的下面设置一与水平面夹角为40-50°的簸箕8，簸箕8的底面固定设置振动电机9；簸箕8的两侧面均固定连接若干竖直设置的振动连筒5；连杆7设置在振动连筒5内部并穿出其顶部与固定环3连接，所述固定块2与振动连筒5一一对应；连杆7的最低端位于振动连筒5高度的1/3-2/3处；连杆7位于振动连筒5内部的部分套设弹簧6，弹簧6的宽度小于振动连筒5的内径。
簸箕8的两侧面均固定连接若干竖直设置的振动连筒5，是为了进一步与储料箱1上的固定环3连接，起到对簸箕8的固定作用，同时在振动电机9的作用下实现簸箕8的振动。因此，作为优选方案，簸箕8两侧的振动连筒5对称设置，且每侧均设置至少两个振动连筒5。
优选的，所述储料箱1呈四棱锥型。
进一步的，所述连杆7的顶部通过挂钩与固定环3连接。
作为优选，簸箕8与水平面的夹角为45°。
作为优选，连杆7的最低端位于振动连筒5高度的1/2处。

具体实施方式
实施例1
如图1所示，本发明的上料机包括机架4，机架4上固定设置一四棱锥型的储料箱1，储料箱1的出料口10的下面设置一簸箕8，簸箕8倾斜设置且与水平面的夹角为40-50°，优选为45°。
四棱锥型的储料箱1相对的两个面上各并列焊接有两个方形的固定块2，且两面上的固定块2相对于储料箱1的中心轴对称。各固定块2上焊接设置固定环3。
簸箕8的底面固定设置振动电机9；簸箕8的两侧面均固定连接两个竖直设置的振动连筒5，且簸箕8两侧的振动连筒5对称设置，振动连筒5与固定块2一一对应。各振动连筒5内均设置连杆7，且连杆7穿出振动连筒5的顶部与固定环3连接；连杆7的最低端位于振动连筒5高度的1/3-2/3处，优选为1/2处；连杆7位于振动连筒5内部的部分套设弹簧6，弹簧6的宽度小于振动连筒5的内径。
簸箕8通过设置在其两侧面的振动连筒5与储料箱1连接，具体的，振动连筒5竖直设置并固定在簸箕8上，振动连筒5内设置连杆7，连杆7由振动连筒5的顶部穿出挂设在固定环3上（连杆7与振动连筒5的顶部滑动连接，或者不连接，只要能保证连杆7可以与振动连筒5相对运动且连杆7的顶部不会落入振动连筒5内部即可）。该设置是为了使得簸箕8在振动电机9的作用下振动且使得簸箕8与储料箱1连接。

1.一种上料机，包括机架（4），其特征在于：机架（4）上固定设置棱锥型储料箱（1），所述储料箱（1）上固定设置若干固定块（2），各所述固定块（2）上固定设置固定环（3）；储料箱（1）的出料口（10）的下面设置一与水平面夹角为40-50°的簸箕（8），簸箕（8）的底面固定设置振动电机（9）；簸箕（8）的两侧面均固定连接若干竖直设置的振动连筒（5）；连杆（7）设置在振动连筒（5）内部并穿出其顶部与固定环（3）连接，所述固定块（2）与振动连筒（5）一一对应；连杆（7）的最低端位于振动连筒（5）高度的1/3-2/3处；连杆（7）位于振动连筒（5）内部的部分套设弹簧（6），弹簧（6）的宽度小于振动连筒（5）的内径。
