本实用新型公布了一种曲轴轴承,用于汽车涡旋式空调压缩机,包括轴承外圈、保持架、轴承内圈和钢球,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈为外圆表面具有弧形沟道的曲轴。本实用新型取消了轴承内圈,将曲轴改进成轴承内圈与曲轴的组合体,由于沟道直接加工在曲轴上,其加工基准为曲轴的轴线,极大的减少了部件的径向跳动,从而大大提高了部件的旋转精度。由于优化了整个部件的设计,体积大为减小。在传动力矩不变的情况下使压缩机的优化设计成为可能。优化后的压缩机体积小,动力大,为紧凑的汽车装配节约宝贵的空间。

本实用新型涉及一种曲轴轴承。
背景技术
主轴承和曲轴为汽车涡旋式空调压缩机的核心零部件,该压缩机常规设计由主轴承与曲轴装配形成主运动副,完成压缩机主力矩的传动。由于轴承及曲轴自身精度误差加上装配误差,很难保证部件的最终设计的运动精度,造成压缩机的早期失效。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于结构简单、精度高的适用于汽车涡旋式空调压缩机的曲轴轴承。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:
一种曲轴轴承,用于汽车涡旋式空调压缩机,包括轴承外圈、保持架、轴承内圈和钢球,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈为外圆表面具有弧形沟道的曲轴。
其进一步特征在于:所述曲轴两端分别具有两根轴,所述两根轴轴心不同心。
进一步的:所述曲轴一端的长轴与轴承外圈同心,所述曲轴一端的短轴轴心偏离轴承外圈轴心。
所述曲轴的短轴与汽车涡旋式空调压缩机动盘相连接,偏心运动带动压缩机动盘在渐开线规迹作用下吸、排气;所述曲轴的长轴具有多级台阶,颈部用于安装辅助轴承,用于支撑曲轴,头部具有花键,用于传递力矩。
优选的:所述保持架为PA66-GF25尼龙保持架。该保持架与钢板冲压浪形保持架相比优势在于:耐摩擦摩损,轴承温升小、自润滑性能优异、韧性好,耐冲击,抗断裂性强、缓震性好,轴承噪声低、耐酸,耐腐蚀等。由于这项改进使整套部件运转更平稳,噪音更低。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示一种曲轴轴承,包括轴承外圈1、保持架3、轴承内圈和钢球4,所述轴承内圈为外圆表面具有弧形沟道的曲轴2。所述曲轴2一端的长轴22与轴承外圈1同心,所述曲轴2一端的短轴21轴心偏离轴承外圈1轴心。所述曲轴2的短轴21与汽车涡旋式空调压缩机动盘相连接,偏心运动带动压缩机动盘在渐开线规迹作用下吸、排气;所述曲轴的长轴具有多级台阶,颈部用于安装辅助轴承,用于支撑曲轴,头部具有花键,用于传递力矩。
所述保持架3为PA66-GF25尼龙保持架。该保持架与钢板冲压浪形保持架相比优势在于:耐摩擦摩损,轴承温升小、自润滑性能优异、韧性好,耐冲击,抗断裂性强、缓震性好,轴承噪声低、耐酸,耐腐蚀等。由于这项改进使整套部件运转更平稳,噪音更低。

1.一种曲轴轴承,用于汽车涡旋式空调压缩机,包括轴承外圈、保持架、轴承内圈和钢球,其特征在于:所述轴承内圈为外圆表面具有弧形沟道的曲轴。
2.根据权利要求1所述的曲轴轴承,其特征在于:所述曲轴两端分别具有两根轴,所述两根轴轴心不同心。
3.根据权利要求2所述的曲轴轴承,其特征在于:所述曲轴一端的长轴与轴承外圈同心,所述曲轴一端的短轴轴心偏离轴承外圈轴心。
4.根据权利要求3所述的曲轴轴承,其特征在于:所述曲轴的短轴与汽车涡旋式空调压缩机动盘相连接,偏心运动带动压缩机动盘在渐开线轨迹作用下吸、排气;所述曲轴的长轴具有多级台阶,颈部用于安装辅助轴承,用于支撑曲轴,头部具有花键,用于传递力矩。
