Abstract
一种小管径管道表面除锈用夹持装置包括工作台,所述工作台上设有滑轨,滑轨内设有夹持机构;所述夹持机构包括上下两片相对设置的上夹板和下夹板,上夹板和下夹板两端设有相对的固定板,上夹板和下夹板通过固定板上穿设的锁紧螺栓固定,下夹板位于滑轨的滑槽内。本实用新型结构合理,便于制作,操作简单,使用夹持机构将待除锈管道夹好;开始对管道处于上方的部分进行除锈,除锈完成后,拉动夹持机构移动,将管道下表面翻转至上方,进行剩余表面的除锈,便于对小管径管道进行固定和滚动移动,有利于实现小管径管道的规模性除锈,可大大提高工作效率,且安全可靠。

[0002]目前,在化工领域的装置内工艺、仪表伴热管线较多,且管线的管径较小,管线的除锈等级要求一般为St3,需要进行非常彻底的手工和动力工具除锈,工作量相对较大。如果采用人工逐根除锈,工人劳动强度大,且造成人工的极大浪费,而且效率低下,且易因操作不当造成人身伤害。

具体实施方式
[0017] 如图1、图2所示的小管径管道表面除锈用夹持装置,其包括工作台1,在工作台I两端平行设有两个滑轨3,滑轨3的滑槽内设有辊轴4,滑槽内设有与辊轴4滚动配合的夹持机构,滚轴4便于夹持机构对管道6进行滚动翻转。
[0018] 夹持机构包括上下两片相对设置的上夹板51和下夹板52,下夹板52位于滑轨3的滑槽内;上夹板51和下夹板52两端设有相对的固定板53,上夹板51和下夹板52通过固定板53上穿设的锁紧螺栓54固定。在上夹板51上设有手拉环55,便于手工拉动夹持机构,以实现管道6的滚动翻转。
[0019] 在工作台I上设有支撑板2,支撑板2的顶面与下夹板52的内侧面等高,从而可有效支撑管道6,以减轻滚轴4的压力,延长其使用寿命。在上夹板51和下夹板52上贯穿有调节销钉7,调节销钉7的轴线与锁紧螺栓54的轴线相平行,调节销钉7便于控制每次除锈作业的工作量,即上夹板51和下夹板52间管道6的根数。
[0020] 在本实用新型中,调节锁紧螺栓54的松紧程度,以夹持不同管径的管道6 ;在作业过程中,锁紧螺栓54的松紧程度以不影响管道6正常滚动翻转为准。
[0021] 本实用新型使用时,将待除锈的管道6放置于支撑板2上;然后使用夹持机构将管道6夹好,确保夹持机构距离管道6端头0.5-1米;开始对管道6处于上方的部分进行除锈,除锈完成后,同时拉动两端的手拉环55,将管道6下表面翻转至上方,进行剩余表面的除锈。

1.一种小管径管道表面除锈用夹持装置,包括工作台,其特征在于:所述工作台上设有滑轨,滑轨内设有夹持机构;所述夹持机构包括上下两片相对设置的上夹板和下夹板,上夹板和下夹板两端设有相对的固定板,上夹板和下夹板通过固定板上穿设的锁紧螺栓固定,下夹板位于滑轨的滑槽内。
2.如权利要求1所述的小管径管道表面除锈用夹持装置,其特征在于:所述工作台上设有支撑板,支撑板顶面与下夹板内侧面等高。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的小管径管道表面除锈用夹持装置,其特征在于:所述上夹板上设有手拉环。
4.如权利要求3所述的小管径管道表面除锈用夹持装置,其特征在于:所述滑轨的滑槽内设有辊轴,辊轴与下夹板外侧面相接。
5.如权利要求4所述的小管径管道表面除锈用夹持装置,其特征在于:所述上夹板和下夹板上贯穿有调节销钉,调节销钉的轴线与锁紧螺栓的轴线相平行。
