一种蓝钨炉动密封装置，包括密封外壳、冷却水套、动密封环、静密封环、石墨密封环，其特征在于，密封外壳用螺栓与冷却水套固定连接，冷却水套上设有进水口和出水口，动密封环、石墨密封环、静密封环依次相接触安装在冷却水套内腔中，动密封环的外端面通过螺栓与炉管法兰固接，静密封环的外端面通过螺栓与炉架上的风箱法兰固接。本实用新型的蓝钨炉动密封装置，根据机械密封的原理而设计，在回转炉管安上一个动密封，风箱上安上一个静密封，中间夹着一个石墨环，外加一个冷却水套，保持密封装置有个稳定的温度，这样既增加了它的使用寿命，又不至于频繁的热胀冷缩，影响它的密封效果，减少了密封环的更换频率，降低了生产成本。

蓝钨是生产钨制品的必需原材料，仲钨酸氨在蓝钨炉焙烧过程中，要得到高质量的蓝钨产品，必须确保温度、炉内气氛和压力等符合工艺条件，要使这些条件得以实现，首先就要求炉子的密封性能要好。蓝钨炉的炉管要转动，必须保证其密封性能，目前蓝钨炉回转炉的密封，都是采用波纹管石墨环结构，这种密封结构每3-6个月就要更换一次石墨密封环，费事费力耽误生产，同时增加了生产的成本。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种密封性好、使用寿命长，能降低生产成本的蓝钨炉动密封装置。
本实用新型的蓝钨炉动密封装置，包括密封外壳、冷却水套、动密封环、静密封环、石墨密封环，其特征在于，密封外壳用螺栓与冷却水套固定连接，冷却水套上设有进水口和出水口，动密封环、石墨密封环、静密封环依次相接触安装在冷却水套内腔中，动密封环的外端面通过螺栓与炉管法兰固接，静密封环的外端面通过螺栓与炉架上的风箱法兰固接。
本实用新型的蓝钨炉动密封装置，两个动密封环分别装在炉管的两端法兰上，静密封环分别装在两个风箱的法兰上，风箱装在炉架的两端的滑动小车上，石墨密封环装在静、动两个密封环的中间，当炉管转动的时候，静密封在两端滑动小车配重的作用下，紧贴于石墨密封环和动密封环，进行摩擦转动。
