本实用新型公开了一种集装箱消声器，包括有方形壳体，方形壳体内腔为降噪区，降噪区内设有进气区、出气区，进气区开有进气孔，进气孔外连接有不锈钢波纹管，出气区开有排气孔，排气孔上方设有排气防雨帽，降噪区内横穿有消声管分别连接有进气区、出气区；降噪区由内外两层组件焊接而成；采用双层保温设计，隔热性能良好； 其结构四周使用消声、隔热层设计，顶部采用条形秘籍散热片连接进行定向散热传导；其内部结构采用隔震阻尼技术消声，内部采用弯管结构，降噪效果良好；且其焊接工艺简单，外形美观。

背景技术
大功率柴油发电机组运行时，通常会产生130分贝的噪声，如果没有采取必要的降噪措施，机组运行的噪声，将对周围环境造成严重损害。为了保护和改善环境质量，必须对噪声进行控制且不会给设备额外增加温升。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了设计适应集装箱式发电机组且提供了一种防锈防腐蚀、降噪效果良好、隔热定向散热良好、外形美观的集装箱消声器。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种集装箱消声器，包括有方形壳体，方形壳体内腔为降噪区，降噪区内设有进气区、出气区，进气区开有进气孔，进气孔外连接有不锈钢波纹管，出气区开有排气孔，排气孔上方设有排气防雨帽，降噪区内横穿有消声管分别连接有进气区、出气区；所述的降噪区侧壁采用内外双层焊接构成，外层为不锈钢耐腐蚀层，不锈钢耐腐蚀层外贴有隔音棉，内层为SPCC材料层，顶端密集分布散热片。
所述消声器采用双层保温设计，隔热性能良好，外层采用不锈钢材料设计，抗高温、耐腐蚀且隔热效果良好，内层采用SPCC材料焊接。
所述的结构四周使用消声、隔热层设计，顶部采用条形密集散热片连接进行定向散热传导。
所述的消声器内部结构采用隔震阻尼技术消声，内部采用U型弯管结构，降噪效果良好。

参见附图，一种集装箱消声器，包括有方形壳体，方形壳体内腔为降噪区2，降噪区2内设有进气区、出气区，进气区开有进气孔4，进气孔4外连接有不锈钢波纹管1，出气区开有排气孔6，排气孔6上方设有排气防雨帽3，降噪区2内横穿有消声管5分别连接有进气区、出气区；所述的降噪区2侧壁采用内外双层焊接构成，外层为不锈钢耐腐蚀层8，不锈钢耐腐蚀层外贴有隔音棉9，内层为SPCC材料层，顶端密集分布散热片7。
不锈钢波纹管1、降噪区2、排气防雨帽3；降噪区2内有进气孔4、消声管5、排气孔6；气体从进气孔4进入消声器结构内部，通过消声管5（为微孔弯管）隔震阻尼消声法，再从排气孔6排出达到消声降噪的效果；其中降噪区2采用内外双层焊接。外层为不锈钢材料耐腐蚀层8，内层为SPCC材料层，四周贴隔音棉9。内外层缝隙处为中空，可起到良好隔热效果，顶端密集分布散热片7，起到良好定向散热效果。
消声器焊装完成后喷塑，外观美观，结构强度高，表面质量好；可在恶劣条件下使用，降噪效果良好。

1.一种集装箱消声器，其特征在于，包括有方形壳体，方形壳体内腔为降噪区，降噪区内设有进气区、出气区，进气区开有进气孔，进气孔外连接有不锈钢波纹管，出气区开有排气孔，排气孔上方设有排气防雨帽，降噪区内横穿有消声管分别连接有进气区、出气区；所述的降噪区侧壁采用内外双层焊接构成，外层为不锈钢耐腐蚀层，不锈钢耐腐蚀层外贴有隔音棉，内层为SPCC材料层，顶端密集分布散热片。
