一种真空乳液泵,包括螺牙、按头、锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧和设置在本体下部进液孔处的单向阀,所述锁盖的中心有导向管,下端面上有下开口的环形插接槽,环形插接槽的外环内壁上有环形扣位;所述本体的上端的外表面上有环形扣钩;所述主柱包括带法兰的上接口和下连接管;所述本体的上端插入环形插接槽内,环形扣钩与环形扣位扣合;副柱的上端插入主柱的下连接管内,主柱的上接口与按头的导流管插接;弹簧的下端与锁盖顶部抵靠,导向管的上端插入弹簧内,弹簧的上端与法兰配合;锁盖与螺牙连接。锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞和弹簧采用自动化设备装配在一起构成泵芯单体,然后再与螺牙及按头装配合,提高了工效。

本实用新型涉及一种乳液泵。
背景技术
目前现有技术,一种真空乳液泵,包括螺牙、按头、锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧和设置在本体下部进液孔处的单向阀,主柱与副柱连接,活塞设置在副柱上,活塞与本体内壁滑动配合。存在问题是:本体上端与螺牙连接,因螺牙的规格和形状不一,难以实现自动化组装。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种真空乳液泵,它可以实现自动组装,提高了工效。
本实用新型是这样实现的:一种真空乳液泵,包括螺牙、按头、锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧和设置在本体下部进液孔处的单向阀,主柱与副柱连接,活塞设置在副柱上,活塞与本体内壁滑动配合;其特殊之处在于:
所述锁盖的中心有导向管,下端面上有下开口的环形插接槽,环形插接槽的外环内壁上有环形扣位;
所述本体的上端的外表面上有环形扣钩;
所述主柱包括带法兰的上接口和下连接管;

本实用新型一种真空乳液泵,由于采用这样的结构和连接方式,锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞和弹簧采用自动化设备装配在一起构成泵芯单体,然后再与螺牙及按头装配合,提高了工效。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示,一种真空乳液泵,包括螺牙1、按头2、锁盖3、本体4、主柱5、副柱6、活塞7、弹簧8和设置在本体4下部进液孔4A处的单向阀9,主柱5与副柱6连接,活塞7设置在副柱6上,活塞7与本体4内壁滑动配合。
所述锁盖3的中心有导向管31,下端面上有下开口的环形插接槽32,环形插接槽32的外环内壁上有环形扣位321;
所述本体4的上端的外表面上有环形扣钩41;
所述主柱5包括带法兰的上接口51和下连接管52;
所述本体4的上端插入环形插接槽32内,环形扣钩41与环形扣位321扣合;副柱6的上端插入主柱5的下连接管52内,主柱5的上接口与按头2的导流管21插接;弹簧8的下端与锁盖3顶部抵靠,导向管31的上端插入弹簧8内,弹簧8的上端与上接口51上的法兰配合;锁盖3与螺牙1连接。
作为进一步改进:所述螺牙1包括上导向腔11、下螺纹腔12和隔板13,隔板13的中心孔上有下开口的沉孔131;按头2与上导向腔滑动配合。
所述锁盖3的下端有法兰33,与法兰33相邻处的锁盖3上有卡槽34;
锁盖3穿过隔板13,法兰33嵌入沉孔131内,隔板13与卡槽34嵌合。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进:所述本体4的底部有一阀腔91,阀腔91与本体4交界处有环形挡边42;还包括一阀芯92;阀腔81与阀芯92构成单向阀。
如图4、图5所示,所述阀芯92包括具有上下开口的筒形座921、芯体922和将芯体922与筒形座921连接的弹性筋923;
所述弹性筋923包括周向筋和位于周向筋两端的径向筋,一径向筋与芯体922连接、另一径向筋与筒形座921连接。
筒形座921嵌入阀腔91内,环形挡边42与筒形座921上端配合止位;芯体922与进液孔4A配合。
装配时,锁盖3、本体4、主柱5、副柱6、活塞7、弹簧8和阀芯92装配成一体构成泵芯,泵芯采用自动化装配,泵芯可以适应于不同规格和形状的螺牙;主柱5的直径小于螺牙1的隔板13上的中心孔的直径;装配时,泵芯的主柱5的上端穿过螺牙1的隔板13上有中心孔,泵芯的锁盖3与隔板13嵌合。然后,按头1与主柱5的上端连接,完成装配。

1.一种真空乳液泵,包括螺牙、按头、锁盖、本体、主柱、副柱、活塞、弹簧和设置在本体下部进液孔处的单向阀,主柱与副柱连接,活塞设置在副柱上,活塞与本体内壁滑动配合;其特征在于:
所述锁盖的中心有导向管,下端面上有下开口的环形插接槽,环形插接槽的外环内壁上有环形扣位;
所述本体的上端的外表面上有环形扣钩;
所述主柱包括带法兰的上接口和下连接管;
所述本体的上端插入环形插接槽内,环形扣钩与环形扣位扣合;副柱的上端插入主柱的下连接管内,主柱的上接口与按头的导流管插接;弹簧的下端与锁盖顶部抵靠,导向管的上端插入弹簧内,弹簧的上端与法兰配合;锁盖与螺牙连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空乳液泵,其特征在于:所述螺牙包括上导向腔、下螺纹腔和隔板,隔板的中心孔上有下开口的沉孔;
所述锁盖的下端有法兰,与法兰相邻处的锁盖上有卡槽;
锁盖穿过隔板,法兰嵌入沉孔内,隔板与卡槽嵌合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真空乳液泵,其特征在于:所述本体的底部有一阀腔,阀腔与本体交界处有环形挡边;
还包括一阀芯,阀芯与阀腔构成单向阀;
所述阀芯包括具有上下开口的筒形座、芯体和将芯体与筒形座连接的弹性筋;
筒形座嵌入阀腔内,环形挡边与筒形座上端配合止位;芯体与进液孔配合。
