    目前，在常规的卧式混流式水轮机组上未设有检修密封装置，当常时间使用后进行停机检修时，如果机组的吸出高度在机组转动中心以上，就会发生水流进入厂房的危险，对检修人员造成了安全隐患，无法保证检修的安全性。

本实用新型的目的就是提供一种保证安全性的卧式混流式水轮机检修密封装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的，一种卧式混流式水轮机检修密封装置，包括转轮，在所述转轮端部的外壁上设置有空气通道，在所述空气通道内且位于底部设置有空气围带。
其中，在所述转轮端部的外壁上相对设置有密封座和密封盖，所述空气通道位于密封座内，在所述密封盖上设置有密封盒体，在所述密封盒体上设置有与空气通道连通的气嘴，所述空气围带位于密封座与密封盖所围成的密封腔内。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本实用新型具有结构简单、成本低廉、安装使用方便的优点，采用它在需要进行检修时，通过空气围带进行密封，防止了水流进入厂房，提高了检修的安全性。

进一步描述，在所述转轮1端部的外壁上相对设置有密封座4和密封盖5，所述空气通道位于密封座内，在所述密封盖5上设置有密封盒体6，在所述密封盒体6上设置有与空气通道2连通的气嘴7，所述空气围带3位于密封座4与密封盖5所围成的密封腔内。
当需要检修时，通过气嘴7向空气通道2内通入0.5MPa～0.7 MPa的压缩气体，使得空气围带3向内抵入，从而切断了水流进入厂房，保证了检修的安全性。

1.一种卧式混流式水轮机检修密封装置，包括转轮（1），其特征是：在所述转轮（1）端部的外壁上设置有空气通道（2），在所述空气通道（2）内且位于底部设置有空气围带（3）。
2.如权利要求1所述的卧式混流式水轮机检修密封装置，其特征是：在所述转轮（1）端部的外壁上相对设置有密封座（4）和密封盖（5），所述空气通道位于密封座内，在所述密封盖（5）上设置有密封盒体（6），在所述密封盒体（6）上设置有与空气通道（2）连通的气嘴（7），所述空气围带（3）位于密封座（4）与密封盖（5）所围成的密封腔内。
