技术领域
本实用新型涉及压力容器领域，尤其涉及一种高颈与门盖之间的密封结构。
背景技术
在天然气、石油、化工、医药等工业包括军事设施都会使用到很多压力容器，而保证压力容器的密封就显得尤为关键，一旦密封不到位，不但影响到设备的正常运行，同时也具有很大的安全隐患；
高颈与门盖之间的密封，在各种压力容器当中都十分常见，但传统结构所采用的密封手段，仅仅是在高颈与门盖之间直接安装密封圈来确保高颈与门盖之间的密封，但是这种结构虽然可以实现密封，但高颈与门盖之间的间隙必须保证在0.8~1.2mm范围内才可以确保可靠密封，加工难度太大，费工费时，影响企业的经济效益。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种确保密封效果的同时，能够增大高颈与门盖之间的加工间隙，方便加工且节约成本的高颈与门盖密封结构。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：一种高颈与门盖密封结构，具有高颈和门盖，所述高颈的内腔上具有台阶，台阶的下方具有锁槽，所述门盖与高颈之间具有密封件，且门盖与高颈通过卡装在锁槽中的锁扣相对密封固定连接，台阶的台阶面上具有环形密封槽，密封件安装在环形密封槽中，且密封件的下端与门盖相抵；所述密封件的上端具有环形进气槽，且高颈的内腔上开有与进气槽相通的进气气道。
所述进气气道包括横向气道和竖向气道，竖向气道分别与横向气道以及进气槽相通。
所述密封件的下端还具有翘边，翘边也与门盖相抵。
采用上述结构后，由于所述高颈的内腔上具有台阶，台阶的台阶面上具有环形密封槽，密封件安装在环形密封槽中，且密封件的下端与门盖相抵；所述密封件的上端具有环形进气槽，且高颈的内腔上开有与进气槽相通的进气气道，这样的结构所带来的益处是显而易见的，当气体进入高颈后，气体能够从进气气道进入到密封件上端具有的环形进气槽内，压迫密封件向下发生位移，使得高颈与门盖构成可靠密封，通过密封件的位移来达到密封，不但密封效果显著，同时使得高颈与门盖之间的间隙可以扩大到3mm内即可，加工难度大大降低，节约了企业成本；
同时，密封件的下端还具有翘边，翘边也与门盖相抵，这样的结构能够使得密封件与门盖之间的接触面积进一步加大，密封效果更好；
本实用新型所具有的优点是显而易见的。

以下结合附图，对本实用新型作进一步的具体描述。
如图1、2所示，本实用新型的一种高颈与门盖密封结构，具有高颈1和门盖2，所述高颈1的内腔1-1上具有台阶1-2，台阶1-2的下方具有锁槽1-3，所述门盖2与高颈1之间具有密封件3，且门盖2与高颈1通过卡装在锁槽1-3中的锁扣4相对密封固定连接，其特征在于：台阶1-2的台阶面1-2-1上具有环形密封槽1-4，密封件3安装在环形密封槽1-4中，且密封件3的下端与门盖2相抵；所述密封件3的上端具有环形进气槽3-1，且高颈1的内腔1-1上开有与进气槽3-1相通的进气气道1-1-1。
如图1、2所示，所述进气气道1-1-1包括横向气道1-1-2和竖向气道1-1-3，竖向气道1-1-3分别与横向气道1-1-2以及进气槽3-1相通。
如图1、2所示，所述密封件3的下端还具有翘边3-2，翘边3-2也与门盖2相抵。
本实用新型在使用时，压力容器内的气体进入高颈1的内腔1-1内，通过进气气道1-1-1进入到与之相通的进气槽3-1，密封件3受压向下发生位移，并与门盖2接触，此时，高颈1与门盖2实现了可靠密封。

1.一种高颈与门盖密封结构，具有高颈（1）和门盖（2），所述高颈（1）的内腔（1-1）上具有台阶（1-2），台阶（1-2）的下方具有锁槽（1-3），所述门盖（2）与高颈（1）之间具有密封件（3），且门盖（2）与高颈（1）通过卡装在锁槽（1-3）中的锁扣（4）相对密封固定连接，其特征在于：台阶（1-2）的台阶面（1-2-1）上具有环形密封槽（1-4），密封件（3）安装在环形密封槽（1-4）中，且密封件（3）的下端与门盖（2）相抵；所述密封件（3）的上端具有环形进气槽（3-1），且高颈（1）的内腔（1-1）上开有与进气槽（3-1）相通的进气气道（1-1-1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高颈与门盖密封结构，其特征在于：所述进气气道（1-1-1）包括横向气道（1-1-2）和竖向气道（1-1-3），竖向气道（1-1-3）分别与横向气道（1-1-2）以及进气槽（3-1）相通。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高颈与门盖密封结构，其特征在于：所述密封件（3）的下端还具有翘边（3-2），翘边（3-2）也与门盖（2）相抵。
